Yes! That did it. Many thanks!
You can close it. Thanks!
That wasn’t the correct hex code, but once I replaced that, it worked. Thank you!

August 22, 2019 at 8:59 pm in reply to: Page content loading in front of Revolution Slider slideshow instead of below it #1130110OK, that worked. I was able to update Revolution Slider to the latest version and the slider is loading correctly above the content instead of behind it. However, there is now a large vertical whitespace between the slider and the content (blog posts) below it in Tablet and mobile view. – it is a full screen length in mobile view.
August 21, 2019 at 4:56 am in reply to: Page content loading in front of Revolution Slider slideshow instead of below it #1129415I rolled back the update to Revolution Slider to the pre 6.0 version. If you update the plugin, you’ll see the problem.
I don’t think that explains it, as I attempted the update many, many times, at all times of day and evening, over a period of more than a week. However, the first copy of what was supposed to be the update that I downloaded from Themeforest was actually the previous version (4.5.2). I don’t recall exactly when I downloaded it, but it was after the 4.5.3 update was showing up as available in my dashboard, and I had attempted the auto-update, so there may be a problem on the Themeforest end with offering updated versions promptly.
The token permissions were correct. I was able to complete the update manually, but downloading and then uploading 1300+ files is quite a hassle, and we still don’t know why the automatic update wasn’t working, when it worked fine for previous versions. I sure hope this is a one-time issue.
I was hoping for something a little more specific to my problem than a 3-year-old help page. Installation in incognito mode did not work, and the theme file available for download on ThemeForest is dated June of 2018, so it does not appear to be the theme update in question.
Can I please get a response? I have been trying to apply tghis update for a week.
Neither of these threads seems to apply to our situation (getting a 403 forbidden error when running the update). As I mentioned previously, we have already performed the manual update to 4.5, and were able to update to 4.5.1 and 4.5.2 through the dashboard with no issues. It is the update from 4.5.2 to 4.5.3 that we are having the problem with.
Our Envato token is showing as validated. I revalidated before my original post earlier in this thread, as I mentioned, and it continues to show successfully connecting to our account, and being able to access purchases, username and email.
I have pasted the full error message (or as much of it as I am able to copy) into the private content box. Despite the “all updates have been completed” message, the theme version is still showing as 4.5.2.
BTW, the link to the changelog that shows when viewing the update in Appearance/Themes results in a blank white page.
We are also having this problem. Have tried updating through Dashboard/Updates, Appearance/Themes, and Theme Update in theme options – same result each time:
“An error occurred while updating Enfold: Download failed. Forbudden.”
Auto-updating through Dashboard was working fine up until now, and the license token is showing as fine (I revalidated it and tried again, but still the same error). I have a screenshot of the full error message for you, but I don’t see a way to attach it.
September 21, 2018 at 9:24 pm in reply to: Featured images on blog index page suddenly changed alignment #1012906I wasn’t sure whether you meant to add the new code to the previous code you provided
(.avia_transform a .image-overlay {top: 0!important;})
or to replace that code with this new code, so I tried it both ways. When I added the new code without deleting the previous code, I saw the same problem as before (as seen in the screenshot I previously posted to page linked below).
If I deleted the previous code and used only the new code, the problem also remained as before in FireFox, plus it created a new incomplete overlay problem in Chrome (see second screenshot on page linked below). Previously, the problem occurred in FireFox only.
I’m not sure what you meant by “Don’t forget to toggle the Enfold > Performance > File Compression options after adding the code.”, but if you were referring to CSS file merging and compression, it is already disabled.

It was less than two weeks ago.
September 13, 2018 at 10:06 pm in reply to: Featured images on blog index page suddenly changed alignment #1009669The overlay issue is now recurring. The code you gave me is still in place, not sure what could have changed.

August 30, 2018 at 6:46 pm in reply to: Featured images on blog index page suddenly changed alignment #1003741Many thanks, Victoria – that did re-center the images. There is a little funkiness with the overlay, though. When I first hover on an image, the overlay doesn’t fully extend to the right edge of the image. The width of this uncovered strip seems to vary depending on the width of the image. The second time I hover, it corrects itself. Is there anything I can do to make it fully cover the image on the first hover?
Also, in mobile view, there is a large blank white area (almost a full screen in length) between the header image of the glasses and the first post on blog index pages (starting with Home page), and on the Contact page..
