Hi I have sent it as a private reply. If you remove the fullwidth slider you will see that the background turns black.

I am not sure what you mean – when I select the image all 4 say that they are displaying at the same full size. When I changed them all to medium display settings – the same issue persists

OK Thanks – also I was wondering how I can add text to a full screen slider similar to the text on the homepage of this – http://www.philippebonnard.fr – e.g. ‘photographer cest mettre’ ? I think this is is possible in the layerslider but is it possible with the full screen slider?

I have updated Enfold – when I got to the layout builder there is no content. If build something and update it makes the change on the page but the various components in the layout builder disappear. It is just a blank box?

Any ideas?

Thanks a lot for your informative reply. I don’t have the ‘image hover option’. I have noticed that my version of enfold is not the most recent – perhaps this is the reason. Should I update this from version 3.04 to 3.2.3. I get the warning message below. Does this mean that I have to reenter any CSS changes etc., if I update?

Or do I just update and everything will be as normal?

Thanks a lot – which type of image element do I use to get the ‘hover effect’. If I insert a standard image element I don’t seem to get the ‘hover option.

Also if I am using this at the bottom of the home page, do I integrate it with advanced layer slider – for example to get the same result as http://www.philippebonnard.fr.

Also how do I get that white arrow pointing downwards?

On the homepage my top image is through the advanced layer slider. When someone lands on my site I would like the image at the top of the homepage to change automatically. At the moment at the bottom of the image you can press play manually or pause but I would like it to change automatically.

OK so the featured image is 1500 x 430. As I already stated my original image is 1200 x 800 and it is not possible to scale it up. Therefore when I select that image as the featured image it seems to zoom in on a particular section of the image and expand it from there or uses that section that it zooms in on.

Is there anyway around this to get my picture to fit as it is in the feature image?

Hi Elliot,

I have set the page ‘Blog’ to act as the blog page in Dashboard>Enfold>Theme Options. In the ‘Blog Style’ I have set it to ‘ Use the advance layout editor to build’. I have then just dropped a heading box, text box, and comments box from the advanced layout editor. I definitely think I am doing something wrong.

I had created the Blog page with the Advanced Layout builder. I then did as you said and set the ‘Where do you want to display the blog’ to the Blog Page I had created. When I clicked on the Blog page is said ‘nothing was found’. I then went back to the Set the Blog and set it to the advanced layout builder and the blog page was working again.

I think this last part is the opposite of what you said as you said ‘Set the blog style to something other the advance layout builder’. Please would you clarify if I have done it incorrectly.

I was wondering how do I link the Blog layout options in Theme Options to my blog page. I have just called a new page ‘Blog’ but haven’t set any link or attributes to that page to make it a specific ‘Blog’ if that is required. Please could you let me know if there is a process I need to follow.
