i solved the issue by myself, by adding this code
#main, .avia-msie-8 .av_header_sticky_disabled#header {
background-color: #f4f4f4;
}
wich i don’t really understand, the main background settings are #f4f4f4. Never mind, it works.

I am still confused, that you can’t login to the webisite, i never set a special password protection. Could it be one of the following plugins, that prevent you from the log in page?

Yes, i checked every single row…
I found a htpasswd file via ftp, i hope that’s what you need? I never set that file, and never used it – i don’t really understand, why you cannot login with normal login details. Nobody else had problems with this…

In the end it was not neccecary, the solution was simple put a slider into the grid an set the padding on 0….could have tried before i ask, sorry :).

But another question: If i set the behavoir of the background image of a grid to “fixed” i can not change the position anymore. For instance i’d like to have the picture of the elephant “middle / middle”, but the position is still “right/middle”.

I faced this problem several times, also with other websites i am working on – is this a general problem of the grids?

thank you, but – to be honest – this link was not very helpful, it only says that i should hire a developer.
It took me a while but finaly i found the code where the max width for “break at tablet” is set by myself:

@media only screen and (max-width: 1150px) {

margin-bottom: 20px;

}

But i recognize that i should try a little harder to find solutions by myself before i contact the support :)

Hi there,

i solved the problem with the cross in IE and safari. There have been empty image elements wich only showed up by hover so i didn’t recognize them.

So if you could tell me, how to change the fullwidth breakpoint for tablets, that’d be great.
(i am using this demo templat from enfold https://kriesi.at/themedemo/?theme=enfold-overview and i have many text in the fields, so it doesn’t look goot on tablets if the cells still stay next to each other)

Can you give me a hint, where to find the name of the ID or classes i need? I inspect the webites via chrome, but it’s always a try and error and sometimes really difficult to check the right IDs …

Hm, i already used the import rule. All Heading Tags are changed to “Delius” Font, i can select it from the font menu – so the font is devinitivley importet. Even if i inspect the heading element of the website in the browser ist says, the font-family is “Delius Unicode” – so far so good.
But it doesn’t look like the font i chose.

The problem could not be cause by the font itself? It is a google font, so the browser should be able to show it right, right?
