You can use a [shortcode], create a contact form using the Magic Wand (no ALB) in a Test Page, then copy the generated shortcode and use it in the desired Widget area.

Respecto a lo del Quick CSS, prueba cambiando los permisos a esta carpeta: http://www.diegoestrada.es/wp-content/uploads/dynamic_avia/, si no te funciona seria mejor que abrieses un nuevo thread para tratar ese problema en especifico.

JosueDado que tu theme esta altamente modificado es difícil encontrar la raiz del problema. Te recomiendo hacer un descarte, prueba lo siguiente:
1. Desactiva todos los plugins, incluido ese de page.ly, menos CF7, funciona?
2. Instala una copia de Enfold sin ninguna modificación y activala, funciona?
3. Activa el theme por defecto de WordPress, funciona?Saludos!
