Hey mskinandbeauty,
That should be enabled by default. Can you please provide your admin info so that I can look further into this issue.

Are you speaking of the buttons on the slider disappearing also?

On the page I updated the Header visibility and transparency section to no transparency. This seems to have fixed the issue of the menu only appearing when scrolling. Please let me know if this is what you needed.

So you want it to look like the second image in your link? Please provide us a link to the page as well as the admin log in info so that we can look further into this.

Jordan ShannonHi,
I actually have a solution that may serve you better. You can create a second full width slider section, with a mobile appropriate image. You can hide this section on desktops. And then, you can simply choose to hide your current slider on mobile devices. All of this is done through the advanced editor. I hope that makes sense, and if not I can surely help further.

Jordan ShannonHi,
I would first try to deactivate your plugins to see if there my not be one that is causing your issue. You want to try and isolate which one may be giving you trouble.

Glad to hear that you are enjoying enfold!
You can update your slider by going to Pages>Home (it’s on page 2) > Click on Full Screen Slider > Click on + Add Single Image Or Video
Hopefully that sequence makes sense. Let us know if this works for you.

This may not be the best course of action.
Bootstrap is a great framework but there are going to be conflicts which you’ll need to resolve one way or another. So it would be less time consuming I would guess to copy over the raw HTML into a code element and then re-style it with css that doesn’t conflict with any theme rules as opposed to importing the entire framework.
You could also try using the themes pricing table too: http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/shortcodes/pricing-and-data-tables/

Have you tried using media queries to replace the bg with a more appropriately sized image when on mobile?
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHi,
Thanks,
I logged into the system and it looks like the elements on the page have animations by default. There are no “built in” options to turn the animations off, however you can use other elements that don’t have animation to recreate both the header and counter just as you have them now.
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHey Valerie,
Yes, you can simply locate a social share plugin and then add the shortcode to the enfold sidebar widget. As for displaying them vertically, that would likely be a feature of the plugin so you would want to make sure whichever one you install offers that.

Jordan ShannonHi,
I am glad that it worked out for you! If the header.php file is added to the child theme directory then it won’t we overwritten.

Jordan ShannonHey freshwebsitesla,
I logged in and adjusted the css. It should be working now. Updated css below:.main_menu {
position: relative;
left: 150px;
}.sub_menu_socket {
display: none;
}#socket .copyright {
text-align: center;
width: 100%;
}#avia-menu{
margin-top:50px !important;
}#avia-menu li {
float: left;
width: 75%;
display: block;
height: 30px;
}nav a{
padding:20px !important;
height:0px !important;
line-height:0px !important;
}Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHi,
When I PREVIEW the page from admin, everything seems to work fine, however when it is published and run from the url you provided it does not. I would advise to maybe try deactivating your plugins in order to isolate which one may be causing a possible issue.
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHey tremblayly,
This is fixed. You had the Searchbox installed in the “Display Everywhere” widget.
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHi,

I would recommend toggling the plugins. Try to deactivate and reactivate them to see if there may not be one that is causing a problem for you.

It could be a hosting issue, as some hosts block php form emails. I would recommend contacting the hosting support to make sure webmail is configured correctly.

Jordan ShannonHey erkuto,
Please make sure that you have the following in the header.php file:
<meta name=”viewport” content=”width=device-width, initial-scale=1, maximum-scale=2.0, minimum-scale=.1, user-scalable=yes”/>
This should enable pinch zoom.
