If you go to Enfold > General Layout – Under Logo and Main Menu, you can switch the position to left sidebar and that should give you the layout you need.

In the advanced editor you can simply drag down the Icon element first and then drag down the Animated Numbers element under it. If you need the icon to be centered directly above it be sure to go into the element options and adjust its position.

In the page editor, you should be able to just remove the video url field and replace with an image and/or background color. Be sure to upload the replacement image to the WP media library first.
