Are you using the latest version of Enfold? Also, try and temporarily remove that Vimeo video above and retest the page to see if the error is still being thrown.

Is this effecting the functionality of the site on the front or backend?
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHey mrpacogp,
Are you supposed to put this link where you want it to appear, or is there a 2nd script for rendering?
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHey Patrick,
The support is via this forum.
As for the pages, all you need to do is import a demo via Enfold options. If this is unclear, please let us know.

Jordan ShannonHi,
FTP is basically how we access the root files. It can be accessed via http://ftp.yoursite.com and requires a username and password. Apologies for the time this takes, but these things are oftentimes necessary to properly troubleshoot an issue. If you are still unsure of how FTP works, you can simply provide us hosting control panel info.
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHi,
I am checking with my teammates to see if they can give me further insight on this issue.

Jordan ShannonHi,
I see. Please restore the original columns.php and if possible please provide us FTP info so we can look into this issue further and try and make the updates.

Jordan ShannonHi,
The thing is that was done within notepad, so this may not be a bug specific to Enfold. Have you attempted this in a text editor or different theme?

I see, so you don’t want the drop down format at all?
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHi,
What issues are you running into with that solution?
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHi,
Apologies, but if you could add ftp info as well, it would help in troubleshooting this further.

Jordan ShannonHi,
Every theme is different and Enfold is more advanced compared to most other themes which is also increasing the chance of compatibility issues like these unfortunately. Is there perhaps a modal plugin that would be able to meet your functionality needs?

Is this what you are looking to achieve? https://snag.gy/8Vkbw0.jpg

Jordan ShannonHi,
You’d need to convert columns to links, try replacing /enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/columns.php with the following:
https://gist.github.com/josueochoa/1ca3fccab73abc9974518bbbee401996That will allow you to set a Link for each column.

If you make the mobile and tablet dropdown transparent, you will not be able to view the menu items. Perhaps I am misunderstanding?
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHi,
So just to be clear, you would be wanting to add additional text menu items after “Ask a Pilot”? As well as keeps the drop downs?
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHi,
Could you try switching to the default theme and try to see if it renders via the video shortcode
If it does not render, it could point to a server issue.

I see. Actually adding the additional icon in there would require more modification of the theme files. That goes beyond what we can do here in the support forums, but we do offer freelance services that should be able to get this task completed for you.

Jordan ShannonHi,
Yes, if you view the link you are simply replacing the icon that is currently there with an X icon.

Jordan ShannonHi,
Unfortunately at the moment we don’t have a “global” template option. It sounds like you need to create your own custom page template if the built in options don’t work for you.
See: http://codex.wordpress.org/Page_Templates
If you just want the menu to break into a new line, then maybe simply setting a max-width on the menu via css may work for you.
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHi,
It is added into the enfold.css file. You can also attempt to add it to the custom.css file.
