Hi,
If you remove the css that was put in it removes the issue correct? Please do that and I we can try a different approach.
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHi,
Have you attempted to increase the php memory limit? To increase the wordpress memory limit please access wp-config.php file and add the below line
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');For a detailed explanation please check this link http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
and you can contact your service provider to increase the memory limit.

Jordan ShannonHi,
Try switching to your default WordPress theme and try to embed the video. Your changes will be safe, and won’t be loss once you switch back. If the video still won’t embed it could point to a server issue.

Jordan ShannonHi,
I am still seeing some styling issues within the header portion of the site, which leads me to believe there is some conflicting css within the plugin itself. Have you used this plugin on any previous Enfold installs?
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHey!
I am not able to recreate the issue on my end either. I see a small color error on the menu when on the video page, but this is something that needs to be solved via quick css specifically on that page if you intend to keep that header color.
Regards,
JordanHi,
I am not able to recreate this issue on my phone. (Galaxy Note) I will see if one of my teammates can look into this from their device.

Jordan ShannonHi,
Defining a higher memory limit in wordpress and if possible increasing the memory on the hosting server should resolve this issue.
To increase the wordpress memory limit please access wp-config.php file and add the below line
define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’);
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHi,
Is it giving you a reason for the failed import?

You seem to have some console errors. Have you tried disabling active plugins to see if it fixes the error.

You can try this plugin to export a single page and then try and import it into your second install:

Have you tried to deactivate iThemes to see if it fixes the issue?
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHi,
Okay, I see the issue now. Honestly, this can be any number of issues and I would guess it is not related to css, but rather the loading of JavaScript.
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHi,
You can add them to the private area of your text editor.

By simply hiding the cellphone parallax section on mobile, correct the layout issues. Please try testing now.

Are you just trying to clone the look of the portfolio as it was built in the demo?
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHi,
You have some console errors and a ton of plugins on your site. Please deactivate all plugins an then see if the video displays. If it does, you then want to try and narrow down to which one is the issue.

Jordan ShannonHi,
Add the following to quick css:
fieldset label{ color:#a80000!important; } fieldset .button{ background:#a80000!important; border:2px solid #a80000!important }This should work for you.

Jordan ShannonHi,
Again, I am not seeing that in the link you posted above. I don’t see a text box on that page at all.
