Have you attempted to disable any active plugins to rule out possible styling conflicts with plugins?

It looks like it could possibly be just the way the page is laid in the the builder. Do you want the boxes to span the full width of the screen so they fall into one column? Please provide admin info so we can log in and look into this further.

Jordan ShannonHey massimobr,
Are there 2 separate scripts? 1 for the function, and 1 for rendering I assume? If you have not, please try adding the scripts to code block elements. Also, if possible please provide admin info for the WordPress dash.
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHey DannyAloserij,
If you want to use a direct link to the .mp4 is possible to load the file to your media library first?

If possible please provide a link to the site in question. Also keep in mind the convention or common practice when a website or a theme is fully responsive and is designed to work on a mobile device, zoom capabilities or features are usually disabled. This is the case with Enfold. If you want to enable zoom, use the fixed layout. Go to Enfold > General Layout > Dimensions then disable the Responsive Site option.

Jordan ShannonHi,
Great thank you for this the login works just fine. Also, if you could please provide the WP dash info as well, it would help.

It seems like you are using JetPack’s feature to display related posts because once I deactivated it, it removed the related items. Please check the settings within JetPack and see if you can disable this feature.

Jordan ShannonMay 25, 2017 at 6:39 pm in reply to: Is it safe to import a coming soon demo in an existing theme? #799709Hey shalenie,
I wouldn’t attempt to. You should build from the church theme demo on local or a separate installation and let the coming soon demo run on the live. When you are done with the build, then export the church theme demo and then import it to the live site. The other option would be just to simply use a coming soon plugin.

Can you add a unique id to the form that had css applied to it? That way you can simply apply the css to the specfic form and not the others.
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHey ftt123,
You would need to add the font files directly to your WordPress directory and then link to them via css. There are also other methods depending on the actual font. Please see the following:
Please see the following: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-themes/how-to-add-custom-fonts-in-wordpress/

Jordan ShannonHi,
I see now. It does the same thing with the default WordPress as well. Please see for yourself if you haven’t tried already.
It’s important to note that the Text tab is NOT a code/source/HTML editor. It supports some markup, true, but is not a reliable way to build a page with raw HTML, nor is it intended to be.
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHi,
Is this on a local server, or hosting service? If possible attempt on a separate host.
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHi,
Can you determine when the issue started or any changes made to the installation? This may help pinpoint the problem area.

Jordan ShannonHi,
Have considered adding widget area to your header – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/ and placing some of your menu items in it instead? Setting the menu in two rows would not be easily achieved without modification to the theme files.
