This file is found in Appearance > Editor > Functions.php. You can place this at the very end of the file. You can also find the file in the WP-admin folder and edit it in your favorite file editor.

You can see a full list of included fonts in teh geneeral styling section of your theme options.To easily view each of them without constantly changing your settings, you can cross reference each with the below web font sites:

If you use a plugin such as Contact Form 7. You can create multiple forms with their own individual titles. You can have the title correspond to the page that its on. This would require multiple forms however. If you want just one form, it would require a little bit more involved coding that goes beyond the scope of the forum.

It should be using the default excerpt length if its set to the auto excerpt but you can override it if its changed:
