    Hi
    I have set enfold theme option “Related post” to “Show Thumbnail and title”
    and tagged two posts with the same tag – But nada shows up!!??
    Is there anything other to set?
    (Sorry for possible multi posts on this topic – but My search for “related post” showed 329 answers!!! )

    Please try disabling all active plugins and see if the issue resolves.

    Hi,

    You are using Advanced Layout Builder to create your posts, that is why related post does not show up. When using Advanced Layout Builder to create your blog posts, you should add those elements manually using ALB elements

    So to be clear. I should ad the related topics manually to the Advanced Layer Builder? – How? Can you show me how you would do that?
    Would it be better to use a plugin?
    If I use a plugin would could related topics also include pages? or are they missing the “tags”?
    (I believe that my client will want that so I might as well be prepared)

    You can create such section by adding one of the elements that display posts to the bottom of your post. Please see the “Blog Posts” element to complete this.

    Great – Why would I NOT use the ALB when this is why I have Enfold and this is WHAT you are ALL about
    Once you go Enfold – There is NO OTHER – No way back and the “Related Posts” don’t work when I make beautiful content with the ALB !!??
    There are KEBAB in the machine!

    Anyway… Setting 240 articles manually with a BLOG element with diff tags… is not on my menu! :-)

    Apologies for the frustration. Most users create their posts via the default editor, but if you are mainly an ALB supporter, then you can certainly add the request for more robust and convenient features in the feature request queue https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
