Hey gobak,

Have you looked at the server and hosting side of things. Sometime problems there can cause email issues. Also, please try disabling all active plugins to see if the issue resolves.

Perhaps you have some broken custom css somewhere. Please remove or comment out your custom css, and just add what I gave you. Also, try putting it in quick css.
