Ah okay I see. If you add the image, it should auto size and crop to 1030 x 360 for you so that they are all uniform it for you.

How wide is the logo? In that case perhaps keep height at 250 but extend the width to whatever is needed for it to keep proportion.

No the idea is to basically put the image inside of a 250×250 container, just so they are all spaced the same.

Apologies for your frustration. What exactly is the issue you are having? Is it just the mobile font that you need to remain the same size at all times? Please provide a link to the site/page in question so we can look into this further.

You can insert the code into the header.php or footer.php. This will ensure that it picks up across the whole site. Keep in mind you would want to use a child theme so the php file is not overwritten on updates.
