The site iframe is pulling the entire site, so those spaces are things like the logo image (which is white so it can’t be seen against the white background). Perhaps try using css to hide or remove the header area from the pages being pulled on the iframe.

I wouldn’t say there is a mobile problem as there are really too many individual variables involved such as amount of media being loaded, layout, host server responsiveness, etc.

This could be due to a multitude of issues based on my research into this. Most of them point to database issues. One suggestion is to contact your host and report the problem. Perhaps they can do a database reset.

The video played without issue for me. It could simply be a matter of browser or server responsiveness. Perhaps you can try to use optimization plugins to reduce resource load times and see if that improves the situation.

Likely the order in which the css files are called and taking precedence. !important declaration is to simply ensure that it runs regardless of the order in which the css is called.
