Please flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh

If that doesn’t work can you please contact your hosting provider and ask them if there is some sort of server side caching?

It’s just a matter of targeting the specific page id. Please add the following to quick css:
```
.page-id-63 #header {
  background: rgba(0,0,0,.2) !important;
}
```
Just adjust the css that .2 to whatever you need.

You cculd upload the font directly to the theme root and just point to it directly there as opposed to going through the WordPress direct upload method.
