Have you tried adding the code to the very top of quick css so that it runs first. Also, be sure to clear your cache a few times over.

You should be able to add individual products with the WooCommerce product shortcode. As for the cart itself, you may need to at least navigate to that page.

Great! I’m glad you got this resolved. I’m not sure I understand the second question. If you don’t want the site live yet, you can develop it locally and migrate it to the live server when done. Or use a coming soon page plugin to develop on live until its ready.

If you are using the ALB to build posts then you have to do manually. You could refer to the following:

Social Share Buttons

And perhaps add the script given directly to the default page template to ensure it displays on all pages.
