.slide-meta{ display:none!important; }I’m not seeing the categories, but I see they are hidden via css. So perhaps you have to clear the cache.

Have you tried adding the code to the very top of quick css so that it runs first? Also clear the cache a few times over.

I believe this is something that would have to be addressed in your mail server. It will accept the mail in the form but the delivery will be tailored via mail server.

This is done with a bit of image manipulation. Basically making the image appear as if it crossing into the next section, but it is all one image.
