Hey Kim,
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
You should also ensure that all your plugins are up to date and that you are using the plugins latest version if you are able to update.
Thanks for your cooperation :)

Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:
span.avia-menu-text { margin: 0px 5px 0px 5px; }
Adjust the 5px to any value you wish.

None of your sites are using the latest version of the theme.
Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)
To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post).

JordanHi,
Thanks for getting back to me.
Yes I am seeing both the slider and the Einstein image. You can check my screenshot in the private data section.
Also we need administrator credentials to look further. In the meantime if you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.
Best regards,
JordanHey Vibedration,

Please try changing this line in your code nav.main_menu { display: none; } to the following instead:
nav.main_menu .avia-menu { display: none; }

The site looks good on my end. You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.
Please try to hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.
If you still need assistance, could you please provide login details to your live site, so that we can have a closer look. You can place the information in the Private Content section of your reply.

Please go to Enfold -> Advanced Styling and select the menu to style from the drop down options. There you can set the font color to black as well and not only on hover.
If you still need assistance, please provide administrator login credentials to your WordPress dashboard.

JordanHi Orhan,
The code Vinay provided needs to be added to the file functions.php, not functions-enfold.php. Please remove the code from the file you added it to and try placing it in the functions.php file.
If you still have issues let us know.

Sorry to hear that.
There are a couple of ways you could achieve this. You could use an FTP client such as FileZilla and copy the entire media upload folder from your site to your computer.
You could also use a plugin such as Download Media Library.

Have you tried adding the dimensions to the tag? Like this example,
<img src="smiley.gif" alt="Smiley face" height="42" width="42">
Let me know if that helps.
