In the above code you pasted, please remove the following line with the padding:
padding-top: 158px !important;
That should remove the space on mobile.

The image has been resized to 900×513 and that is what is being used and then being resized to fit the entire screen. The URL to the resized image is in the private section.

Have you tried the suggestion found here on this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/
You can then add the header image to the widget.

JordanHey miovision,

That explains it :) Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:
#header .avia_mega_div { left: -500px !important; }

If this snippet fixes the issue when updating did not, there is a good chance that one of your plugins is outdated and causing the problems. This code snippet can only be a temporary fix since it permanently sets your jQuery javascript library to an older version that will be outdated in the future.
So a plugin may need to update their javascript on the sites where the update did not fix the issue.

Yes you will need to have a separate URL set up for mobile version you want. This way the mobile users can be redirected.

To achieve what you want, you will need to use CSS for each page. Using the page ID you can target the elements you need for that page only and apply the different styles using CSS. This may become a bit tedious to do though.
