We checked the shop page but we are not sure what you meant by “category sorting via drag & drop”? Could you please provide a screenshot of the issue? The product category pages are working:

i ment, i want to have the product categories like in the backend.
I can drag androp them like i want but in the frontend the categories are always in alphabetic order.

Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)Best regards,

i deactivated all Plugins except for WooCommerce.
Still the same problem…

I just installed twenty sixteen but now my whole site looks like a mess.Hi,
it does not matter if it looks like a mess with a default WP theme, what matters is if the functions ins question are working or not. So please let us know about your results with a default WP theme.
