I have posted a screenshot in the private data section of what I see in the footer widgets when visiting the site.
You can upload the screenshot of what the footer should contain to imgur.com or dropbox and share the link here :)

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

The site looks good on my end. You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.
Please try to hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.

Thanks for getting in touch with us!
A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
Also the login credentials you provided do not have administrator privileges, so we would be unable to investigate the issue further.
Thanks for your cooperation :)

JordanHey leoadmin,
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
Seems like the container for the logo is being set to 500px in height and is covering the first two buttons. Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:
strong.logo { height: auto !important; }
Best regards,
JordanHi,
Glad to hear you solved it!

JordanHey msrun101,
Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)
To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)
If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue. In that case please also add your WordPress login credentials (in the “private data” field) so we can take a look at your admin area.

Yes if you have a countdown timer to use, it can be stuck to the top of the page using CSS.

Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:
.flex_column.av_one_half.flex_column_div.av-zero-column-padding.avia-builder-el-24.el_after_av_one_half.avia-builder-el-last.column-top-margin { top: -400px; margin-top: 0; }

JordanHi,
Here you go, replace the code I gave earlier with this one:
.avia_textblock .image-overlay.overlay-type-extern { display: none !important; }
Best regards,
JordanHey Hugues,
Try the following CSS:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px){ .responsive #top #wrap_all .flex_column{ margin-bottom: 0px !important; } }
If the space is not reduced enough for you using 0px, negative numbers can also be used.
Best regards,
JordanHey Lol5tar,
Thanks for getting back to us!
Try the following CSS and let me know if it helps:
#footer .image-overlay .image-overlay-inside { display: none !important; height: 0px !important; width: 0px !important; }
Best regards,
JordanHey Hugues,
It’s not a problem, we are here to help :)
Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:
.stretch_full.container_wrap.alternate_color.light_bg_color.empty_title.title_container { height: 30px; } #top .title_container .container { padding: 0px !important; min-height: 15px !important; }
Best regards,
JordanHey jelle,
You still need to update the theme. Not just by putting in the API key.
Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.
If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/
Best regards,
JordanHi,
Thanks for getting back to us!
In the Enfold theme options under Header and then Header Style, you had it set to ‘Minimal’. I have changed the setting to ‘Default’ for you and the active menu indicator is now there.
