    Hey Starkos,

    Thanks for getting in touch with us!

    A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
    To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
    2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
    3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
    4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.

    We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.

    Also the login credentials you provided do not have administrator privileges, so we would be unable to investigate the issue further.

    Hi,

    I never had any plugins activated, so that wasn’t the issue.

    WordPress and Enfold are both the latest versions.

    I’ve given you administrator privileges.

    It it actually there but the background image was not set. We add the background image and set the “Coming Soon Page” as front page. Please remove browser cache or hard refresh the page: http://boldadvertisingllc.com/
