Defining a higher memory limit in wordpress and if possible increasing the memory on the hosting server should resolve this issue.
To increase the wordpress memory limit please access wp-config.php file and add the below line
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');For a detailed explaination please check this link http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
Or you can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.Alternatively demo data can be imported using XML file from Admin > Tools > Import > WordPress
Make sure to check the option “Download and import file attachments” while importing.Please note this will not import the theme settings you may need to set them up and upload if any images are missing from backend once the XML file is imported.

For each menu item add the custom URL like this http://www.yourwebsite.com/#ID instead of just #ID. I have done the second menu item as an example.

Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem. Also are you using an administrator to make these changes to the footer widget? Also ensure it is only happening to the footer widget.

1. The role of the developer would depend on what exactly he is going to change/update. He needs to be either an editor or administrator. If he only needs access to pages and not plugins or anything else then he could just be an editor.
2. He will have access to all pages to edit whether or not his role is editor or administrator. This plugin may be useful if you need to set those restrictions – https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-access-manager/

I am not seeing a 404 page error when accessing your shop.
Please try to hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.
