did you get a solution to your problem? I need to achieve the same.

Hi
me too. The slider now runs to the right edge of the page. It looks like the images are concatenated.
John
I have
– deleted the Enfold and enfold-child folders under wp-content/themes
– downloaded a new copy of the theme from Themeforest & FTP’s it the server
– downloaded a new copy of the child theme from this forum & FTP’d it to the serverAll to no effect.

Thanks

Hi Yigit
New update has worked without causing error 500 – but images / sliders haven’t worked. I have seen other posts about correcting that problem so I’ll follow those to a conclusion.

Hi Yigit
No worries.
I have another site which I am about to take through the update process. I have created a test copy of it before starting – is there anything you want to do / look at / play with in it before I go ahead or just do it and get back to you if we hit a problem?
Basically the same as the site with the problem – although more data and more plugins etc

Hi Yigit
by the way
Hi Yigit
No big problem

Hi Andy / Yigit
Just tried starting from scratch – so new wordpress install, load of Enfold & Enfold Child and all appears to be working fine.
Happy to keep working with you, if you wish, to identify the source of this problem – else I will simply carry on working on the new instance.
Many thanks for your help.
Please let me know if you want to keep trouble shooting the /dev/ site?
regards
John
Hi Andy
Sorry – still not working.
With all plugins disabled…
I deleted the enfold-child and enfold folders. Then downloaded from ThemeForest a new version of the Enfold theme and from this site a new version of the enfold-child. I then uploaded both via FTP (Filezilla)
Problem remains the same – with Enfold-Child active the menu does not display on the mobiles & tablets.
I have now reset all options in both the Enfold theme and Enfold-Child themes and still no menu shows on mobile for Enfold-Child theme.
If I had any hair I would be pulling it out. Any ideas?
Many thanks for your continuing support.
regards
John
Hi Yigit
I deleted the Enfold folder (but not the child theme) and uploaded the files using Filezilla. All files transferred ok – with no errors.
However, the problem remains the same.
Worth noting (might possibly be related) that on the Firefox browser (both PC version and Android version) the logo doesn’t resize correctly. On Microsoft Edge (PC), Chrome (PC and Android) and Safari (PC) the logo does resize but the still menu doesn’t show once we drop below the desktop size window.
Thanks for your ongoing help

November 4, 2015 at 3:14 pm in reply to: Display Woocommerce price and sale price dynamically #530058Hi Andy
I have created a mockup of both the front and backend https://www.dropbox.com/s/z0ohauzksvijiyl/enfoldquestion.jpg?dl=0
I used stuff from your support site to populate it so please don’t be confused.
This is a product setup using the ALB showing the ‘new’ Plugin Addition.
I figure if you can show the product info tab then you would also be able to show the price!
Thanks
John

Thanks. Yes – we can use shortcodes but we have to manually tell it the item number. So, to show the price and add to cart button we have to enter [add_to_cart id=”99″] – where 99 is the ID of the product we want.
However, when using the Advanced Layout Editor there are Plugin Additions which we can just drop in there which automatically identify the correct product. So, for example if you use the Product Tab Info you don’t have to enter [product_tab_info id=”99″] you just drop the plugin addition onto the page.
What we want is the ability to do that for the display of the Price only. So, like the Product Purchase button but just showing the price.

did you get an answer which allowed you to achieve your objective?
I believe I have the same question…
How to use the advanced layout editor to create products and display the price without having to hardcode the item number e.g. [add_to_cart id=”99″]

John
Hi Basilis
No, I didn’t try because the issue appears to be a fault / problem with the Enfold theme and messing around in the code to fix a known fault seems like a recipe for future problems.
My reading of the request to close was not that the problem had been fixed but that someone was imitating the person who raised the issue.
thanks
john
