Any updates from Enfold support? Seems like the most logical response to this issue.
I thinkwp_remote_get()
is failing when the site has a self-signed certificate. An entry in the Error log as to what is going on would be helpful.

Not sure what you mean, there is no way to activate an element when using the “only load used elements” feature.
Simply opening the Page and re-saving it seemed to make the “Only load used elements” auto-detection realise I was using that element. I had to do this on a couple of other pages also.
You can mark this as closed.
Cheers,
JasonClose it thanks!
Thanks Rikard, that’s what I was searching for but could not find!
March 1, 2018 at 1:10 pm in reply to: WooCommerce Product Attribute Archive does not use correct title #919605Sorry, I fixed it myself as the first two support staff avoided my question. Your fix doesn’t fix the link either.
If you are able to commit a fix in the next version that’d be great, then we can remove these workarounds.
Thanks,
JasonFebruary 28, 2018 at 4:06 am in reply to: WooCommerce Product Attribute Archive does not use correct title #918780Unfortunately that thread does not address Attribute pages.
I switched my dev site to the twentyseventeen theme and Attribute pages have the correct title (ie. the Attribute value).
Can you please have a dev look at this, it’s clearly a bug in Enfold that can not handle the Attribute functionality in WooCommerce.
Thanks,
JasonFebruary 26, 2018 at 9:54 pm in reply to: WooCommerce Product Attribute Archive does not use correct title #918053Sorry guys but this doesn’t make any sense.
Category pages use the category title for example. why would attribute pages be different?

JasonFebruary 26, 2018 at 12:59 pm in reply to: WooCommerce Product Attribute Archive does not use correct title #917811So you reproduced the issue? How would we go about making the title the attribute value?
Thanks,
JasonFebruary 26, 2018 at 12:57 am in reply to: WooCommerce Product Attribute Archive does not use correct title #917618Sorry I cannot as privacy laws in my country prevent me giving out access to my customer data. You should be able to reproduce this problem on a vanilla install. If you need me to provide any specific logs, settings or screenshots just ask.
Thanks,
JasonOctober 28, 2017 at 12:38 am in reply to: WooCommerce Cart Icon STILL Broken – WooCommerce 3 / Enfold 4 #869788As I indicated in the first post, it still happens with 4.2. My staging site was already updated.
I have deactivated every single plugin bar WooCommerce 3.1.2 & WP Super Cache on my staging site and it still happens.
Have you even tried to reproduce this using the steps I provided?
Closing theads without resolution is not great customer support.
October 23, 2017 at 1:36 pm in reply to: WooCommerce Cart Icon Broken – WooCommerce 3 / Enfold 4 #867603Updated above post with clearer info on how to reproduce.
October 20, 2017 at 3:38 pm in reply to: WooCommerce Cart Icon Broken – WooCommerce 3 / Enfold 4 #866737Can you please advise whether you have a fix for this yet? I still can’t upgrade to WooCommerce 3 because of this issue. It has been months and pages of responses. You do not need admin access to a site to reproduce this issue. All you need to do is:
1. activate WP Super Cache plugin (leave caching disabled)
2. set the Enfold Shop Options setting Header Shopping Cart Icon to Display floating on side but only once product was added to cart.
3. Add an item, then browse further around the site. The icon disappears after the first add.I seem to have found that deactivating WP Super Cache brings the icon back. Disabling the cache has no affect – the bug is there if the plugin is active.
Note that this problem does not occur under WC2.6.x.
Any tips appreciated.
Jason

September 19, 2017 at 1:35 pm in reply to: WooCommerce Cart Icon Broken – WooCommerce 3 / Enfold 4 #853838I can’t give you login details to my site as it contains customer data. Happy to perform any modifications you suggest.

JasonSeptember 17, 2017 at 1:52 pm in reply to: WooCommerce Cart Icon Broken – WooCommerce 3 / Enfold 4 #853063I shouldn’t need to create a new thread because this is the same issue I raised initially and it’s still unresolved.
I haven’t provided login details, I provided a test website that exhibits the issue. See post #5.
September 13, 2017 at 1:43 am in reply to: WooCommerce Cart Icon Broken – WooCommerce 3 / Enfold 4 #851308I have no caching plugin or CDN at all and it still doesn’t work guys.
To clarify again, the issue I am finding is from the Product page. If you click the add to cart button on the Product page, the cart icon does not appear then or when browsing any other page.
It does appear temporarily when you click Add to Card from a Product thumbnail on the category or other pages.
Can either of you clarify this specific scenario?

September 7, 2017 at 3:50 am in reply to: WooCommerce Cart Icon Broken – WooCommerce 3 / Enfold 4 #848929Can you please clarify whether you have the setting Header Shopping Cart Icon set to Display floating on side but only once product was added to cart?
I think this is the source of confusion.
September 4, 2017 at 12:54 pm in reply to: WooCommerce Cart Icon Broken – WooCommerce 3 / Enfold 4 #847700Hi Ismael,
I have applied the fix to the dev site previously listed in the private content as you requested. It has not fixed the issue and the icon is not shown when I add items to my cart.
In fact it is present on the page but off to the right (-60px).
I am running the latest versions of WooCommerce, Enfold & WordPress. You should be able to reproduce this easily. I am not sure why a fix for this is so elusive. This thread has been going on for ages now. 49 replies.

September 2, 2017 at 12:26 am in reply to: WooCommerce Cart Icon Broken – WooCommerce 3 / Enfold 4 #847029Sorry Ismael but I expect this product to work as I paid for it. I am not comfortable editing theme javascript files unless you commit this fix into a new version as the fix will just be lost on the next update.
I am happy to test a beta release containing this fix.
August 28, 2017 at 1:14 pm in reply to: WooCommerce Cart Icon Broken – WooCommerce 3 / Enfold 4 #844784This is not a solution. The cart icon should only appear when the cart has items in it, per the Enfold Shop Options setting Header Shopping Cart Icon being set to Display floating on side but only once product was added to cart. This is a standard feature and it works under WooCommerce 2.x.
August 23, 2017 at 12:33 am in reply to: WooCommerce Cart Icon Broken – WooCommerce 3 / Enfold 4 #842830Sorry guys but this fix doesn’t work.
Can you please advise?
August 18, 2017 at 12:30 am in reply to: WooCommerce Cart Icon Broken – WooCommerce 3 / Enfold 4 #840669I have not tested your CSS. I would prefer it to be in a baseline version as this is a fairly serious issue for anyone using Enfold for commerce.
August 15, 2017 at 1:11 pm in reply to: WooCommerce Cart Icon Broken – WooCommerce 3 / Enfold 4 #839265Thanks Victoria. Can you confirm why this fix was only affecting some users and when it will be released in the main version? Thanks, Jason
August 10, 2017 at 9:37 am in reply to: WooCommerce Cart Icon Broken – WooCommerce 3 / Enfold 4 #836852It’s just a self-signed cert, you can safely ignore the warning. It has no bearing on the issue you are testing for.
August 9, 2017 at 12:55 pm in reply to: WooCommerce Cart Icon Broken – WooCommerce 3 / Enfold 4 #836349The error is just from a self-signed certificate, you can ignore it.
Please remove the reference to my site from the URL post text.
August 7, 2017 at 6:26 am in reply to: WooCommerce Cart Icon Broken – WooCommerce 3 / Enfold 4 #835219PS: To reproduce this all I need to do is add an item to cart from a single product view page. The cart icon never appears.
August 7, 2017 at 6:19 am in reply to: WooCommerce Cart Icon Broken – WooCommerce 3 / Enfold 4 #835217I never included this workaround. I am not running a caching plugin as already explained. The bug is still present.
July 30, 2017 at 10:28 am in reply to: WooCommerce Cart Icon Broken – WooCommerce 3 / Enfold 4 #831778Still broken for me with 4.1.2 also.
Can we please get a confirmation as to when this will be fixed in the theme release?
I can’t upgrade from 4.0.7 until you fix this bug. It’s been months.
Thanks,

May 28, 2017 at 2:23 pm in reply to: WooCommerce Cart Icon Broken – WooCommerce 3 / Enfold 4 #800810Is this a temporary fix? Will you be fixing this bug in a coming version of Enfold?
May 28, 2017 at 11:55 am in reply to: WooCommerce Cart Icon Broken – WooCommerce 3 / Enfold 4 #800770Caching was already disabled, I just unset the variable.
This is not a fix as we obviously need caching in a production scenario. Caching worked with the prior version.
May 28, 2017 at 1:59 am in reply to: WooCommerce Cart Icon Broken – WooCommerce 3 / Enfold 4 #800691Let me clarify:
Production – WC 2.6.14 and Enfold 4.0.5 – WORKING
Dev – WC 3.0.7 and Enfold 4.0.7 – BROKENI have provided a Dev URL for you to test on and two other people have reported the same issue.
Please stop trying to dismiss this problem, it’s very frustrating. I paid for the theme and I expect it to work.
