Hi @Mike
rocket-loader is a CloudFlare function I use that for CDN image processing and distribution.
I moved everything from QuickCSS to style.css and it works.
Please leave the ticket open for a couple of days so I can make sure it sticks in case the Cloudflare cache clear and does something odd.
Thanks so much for taking the tie to check it out!
Jas
Hey @Mike ! Thanks so much for your help.
One question, on this site, instead of putting Css into QuickCSS, I have been putting 99% of the CSS into Appearance > Theme File Editor > style.css
I cut and pasted your css from QuickCSS to Appearance > Theme File Editor > style.css and… it did not work. I cleared the server cache and tried 3 browsers.
Can you explain to me why this would not work in style.css? I need to know this because it has happened before.
Do I have some conflicting CSS in style.css and when I put it in QuickCSS it overrides that somehow?
Would you mind taking a look at Appearance > Theme File Editor > style.css and telling me if anything in there is conflicting? I have it well organized with title headings throughout.
I put everything back in QuickCSS the way you had it and it works, but I’d like to know why I can’t move it to style.css
Thank you,
Jas
Hi @Ismael Thanks for trying…
There are no cache or compression plugins installed. I have Jetpack installed, but I ONLY have lazy loading and see down notifications turned on – no other options in that plugin.
I do have Cloudflare CDN, but that is for mages only.
All CSS has worked for several years. I’m not sure why this is a problem.
Also, any luck on the CONNECT page changing the field user entered text to white?
Any ideas?
Also would you mind deleting the screenshot above and reposting in the private section? Thank you.
Jas
Ah, yes. Problem solved. Thank you @Ismael!
Hi Ismael,
The site is accessible, but there are a few countries that are blocked due to hacking attempts such as Russia, Nigeria and several others. If you cannot see the website then it’s because you are in a country that is blocked. If you can’t get to the site can you use a VPN?
This was already added a long time ago, but never worked. I added !important and that didn’t work either.
You can see it in Appearance > Them File Editor.header_color .ajax_search_title { color: #ffffff !important }
I toggled css and javascript file compression off and on. Actually css compression was off, but I toggled it on and off and back on again.
PS There are 2 requests in my initial 2 messages above. And you can see the 2 screenshots below.
Thanks,
Jas
I also wanted to add this issue with font color…
When I fill in the fields in the contact form on the CONNECT page the font is grey. I’d like the sample font to be grey but when someone enters their contact info and message I’d like the font to be white instead of the correct grey. Please see screenshots below…
Thanks,
Jas
Hello Yigit!
Sorry for the delay, I did not get a notification. Yes the info you requested is in my original post above.HERE
Do you not see it?
Thanks,
Jas
Hi Mike!
Damnit! I missed that bracket!
THANK YOU
Jas
Hi Mike,
I’m getting no effect. I’ve tried 3 different browsers (desktop and mobile) and cleared the server cache as well. Please feel free to check for yourself with the credentials below.
I placed the CSS in QuickCSS at the bottom and the former in functions.php file at the bottom.
Yes, as you mentioned I want only the image to animate exactly as in this link at the bottom of the page under WHAT OTHERS SAY ABOUT US
Thanks so much,
Jas

August 7, 2022 at 7:04 pm in reply to: Desktop Hamburger Menu causing issue with mobile site Hamburger Menu #1361008Well yes, above you said…
“Please include an admin login in the Private Content area so we can help place the burger menu to the right for your mobile device.”
And my response was…
Great thanks! Please let me know how you did it.
So can you do it? Move the burger menu to the right? Instead of floating around the middle in portrait mode. It’s still the same as it was. It hasn’t moved.
Thanks, Jas
Thanks, does nothing. When you attempted to load the website by clicking on the website listed in the Private Content area below – did you see something different?
Also on this page https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/ it will not animate until you scroll to it – which is what I want.
Thank you,
Jasmer

Please let me know how you did it.
Also worth mentioning, in portrait mode the social icons cannot be seen, which is ok, no problem, it would be too crowded. I just wanted to mention it.
In landscape you can see social icons which is also ok.
Thanks,
Jas
Hi Mike,
Does nothing. I cleared the browser cache and the cache at server level. No effect. Add !
important
?the CSS is in place now. You can check for yourself.
Thank you,
Jasmer

August 6, 2022 at 11:47 pm in reply to: Desktop Hamburger Menu causing issue with mobile site Hamburger Menu #1360953Hi Mike,
You and Ismael were correct. I changed the background color and it appeared.
However:
It appears almost in the middle of the top of the screen. Why? That is an odd place for a menu. It should be near flush right – not floating around in the middle.
This issue happened when I changed the following: “Choose how you want to display the menu items on desktop computers. If you choose to display the “burger” icon on desktop computers it will also be used on tablets and mobile devices”
When I turn the hamburger menu on for desktop it moves the hamburger menu from the right where it should be to nearly the center. How do I place the hamburger menu where it should be in portrait WITHOUT changing the position in landscape view?
Thanks so much,
Jas
Can’t post it here, unfortunately, but thank you for your help!
I added it to quick CSS and it doesn’t do anything. Maybe add !important ?
August 3, 2022 at 8:20 am in reply to: Desktop Hamburger Menu causing issue with mobile site Hamburger Menu #1360430That is what I thought, but then I turn the phone in landscape position and you can see the burger menu.
It appears then the color is set to a grey and I can see it.
Again, if I disable “show burger menu on desktop” then the problem goes away. If I enable it, it appears to send the burger menu further to the right out of view on portrait orientation.
Please turn your phone in landscape and you’ll see.
Thank you,
Jas

Two animations I’m looking to replicate on multiple sites.
This one:
Enfold 2017 About UsThis one: The photos in the testimonials under where it says “WHAT OTHERS SAY ABOUT US”
EnfoldHow can I apply either one of those animations (I’ll decide later which one) to the Team Member photos on the link below? I’ll be applying these to other sites as well.
Thanks for your patience,
Jas
Hi Ricarda,
I have that menu turned off at the moment while I’m trying to solve a desktop site hamburger menu issue on another ticket. I’ll get back to you on this ticket after the other one is resolved.
Thanks,
Jas
The animation where you see the image sort of pop in to view and grow to full size when you scroll the page. I don’t remember the name of the animation at the moment, but it’s a common one when you’re scrolling on the sample theme pages on the enfold website.
Thanks,
Jas
October 23, 2021 at 3:16 am in reply to: Logo image sizing issue after updating to 4.8.6.4 and 4.8.6.5 #1326129Yes @Yigit of course. However, what is the harm in pushing an update with the one change to address the mistake immediately to solve everyone’s problem instantly? Perhaps it cost Kriesi more money for every update you push to Themeforest? DO they charge per update?
October 22, 2021 at 8:59 am in reply to: Logo image sizing issue after updating to 4.8.6.4 and 4.8.6.5 #1326005Just out of curiosity, if the layout.css is the only file that is the issue then why has it been 15 days with no Theme update for this one file fix?
Also, I just paid for a year of support to find out it is not my issue. So, I’m not particularly happy about that.
I do appreciate what you guys do though.
Thanks,
Jas
Hi Mike,
How can I hide the tooltips on ONLY the Back To Top Arrow? I think CSS rather than a functions.php correct?
See screenshot below
Thanks,
Jas
Thanks Mike! Worked perfectly!
Hello,
On this page > https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/menu/#scroll-to-top
Change the background color using the below CSS
/* Background */ #scroll-top-link { background-color: #1ec5bc; }
This CSS does nothing. Changed color to #000000 to check. Cleared server and browser cache. Still nothing. Added !important still nothing.
ALSO, I’d like to change background color AND background color on hover, independently.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Jasmer

When you said “Please toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings” did you mean permanently or temporarily? Can I turn them back on now?
Thanks,
Jas
