Hi,
Thank you for the info.
The product_gallery patch is going to be included in the next release but there’s no ETA yet.
Have you tried disabling the theme before doing the flush? Activate it back once the flush is done.
// https://developer.wordpress.org/cli/commands/theme/activate/
UPDATE: I can’t find the command to deactivate a theme, but this might work:
// https://developer.wordpress.org/cli/commands/theme/disable/
Or try to skip the theme during the flush.
// https://make.wordpress.org/cli/handbook/identify-plugin-theme-conflict/
You probably don’t need the theme to be active during the deployment or the patch.
We’ll tag one of our developers so that he can check the thread and provide additional assistance.
Best regards,
IsmaelHi,
Odd. It says version 4.4 when we last checked. Anyway, looks like the privacy or cookie popup is displaying properly now.

Thank you for following up.
Can we access the site? Have you tried disabling the File Compression settings from the Enfold > Performance panel? The compression is currently enabled. The error occurs during the compression, so disabling that option will probably allow the theme to generate the dynamic stylesheet.

IsmaelDecember 13, 2019 at 9:48 am in reply to: remove all accordion tab # urls like #toggle-id-1, #toggle-id-1-closed … #1165443Hi,
Thank you for following up.
You can override the shortcode in the child theme. Please check the documentation below.
// https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-layout-builder/#add-elements-to-alb
You have to modify the extra_assets function around line 77 and make it load the script from the child theme.
function extra_assets() { //load css wp_enqueue_style( 'avia-module-toggles', AviaBuilder::$path['pluginUrlRoot'] . 'avia-shortcodes/toggles/toggles.css', array( 'avia-layout' ), false ); //load js wp_enqueue_script( 'avia-module-toggles', AviaBuilder::$path['pluginUrlRoot'] . 'avia-shortcodes/toggles/toggles.js', array( 'avia-shortcodes' ), false, true ); }Best regards,
IsmaelHi,
We can’t reproduce the same on our end. The cookie storage is empty as you can see in the screenshot that we provided above. We’ll add it again below.
// https://imgur.com/a/IrOzwyP
We checked it again today and it’s still the same. The analytics tracker only saves its cookies once we accepted the cookies and only after reloading the page. Otherwise, it’s empty.

IsmaelHi,
Thank you for the update.
Which posts contain the same tags or etiquetas? In the screenshot, we don’t see posts containing similar tags or etiquetas.

IsmaelHi,

Those are the related entries. The posts displayed there contain the same tag or tags as the current post.

IsmaelDecember 13, 2019 at 9:25 am in reply to: menu on two lines and the first and second line change position. How to fix. #1165436Hi,
Did you remove the menu-break or the span tag from the menu labels? Please add them back or post the login details in the private field so that we can add it and modify the css code when necessary.
Thank you for the update.
Best regards,
IsmaelHi,
Thank you for the update.
We can now reproduce the issue on our end. The cart is empty because the woocommerce_items_in_cart and woocommerce_cart_hash cookies are missing. Is it working properly when the Privacy & Cookies ? Default Cookie Behavior is set to the first option? We’ll forward the issue to our channel.
Best regards,
IsmaelHi,
Thank you for the clarification.
Or is there other way how to achieve it with the plugin?
You can use the plugin that we suggested above to add conditional tags to the menu items. All you need to do is create another version of the menu item in the main menu and add a conditional tag to it. You won’t have to create a different set of menu.

IsmaelHi,
Thank you for the update.
We are not really sure why the email is being omitted from the message. Have you tried using the filter above? It will include the email address or the value of the second field in the Subject/Betreff info.

IsmaelDecember 13, 2019 at 8:50 am in reply to: WooCommerce: How to manage Product Order in Next/Prev Product Navigation #1165425Hi,
Thanks for sharing.
The navigation is also used for posts, portfolio and other post types, so the default sort is probably more appropriate. You can leave the above filter as is for your products.

Thank you for the info.
Can we access the dashboard and check the settings? Please post the login details in the private field. Temporarily, try to define the link manually as shown above.

IsmaelHi,
Thank you for following up.
I’m not sure to understand why disabling WP super cache as well? Is it to temporary bypass the cache?
We just don’t want to deal with cache during the test. We enabled the plugin back before logging out of the dashboard.

IsmaelDecember 13, 2019 at 8:43 am in reply to: Change size of superscript text globally with custom CSS #1165421Hi,
Thank you for the update.
There were a few syntax errors in the Quick CSS field, which we corrected. We also added the css modification back to adjust the font size of the footnote links. It should work properly now.

IsmaelDecember 13, 2019 at 5:24 am in reply to: Instagram Widget: how to show more than 12 images? #1165406Hey BeeCee,
Thank you for the inquiry.
This is possible but you have to modify widget script directly. Edit the wp-content\themes\enfold\framework\php\class-framework-widgets.php file, look for this code around line 3033:
<label for="<?php echo $this->get_field_id( 'number' ); ?>"><?php _e( 'Number of photos', 'avia_framework' ); ?>:</label> <select id="<?php echo $this->get_field_id( 'number' ); ?>" name="<?php echo $this->get_field_name( 'number' ); ?>" class="widefat"> <option value="1" <?php selected( 1, $number ) ?>>1</option> <option value="2" <?php selected( 2, $number ) ?>>2</option> <option value="3" <?php selected( 3, $number ) ?>>3</option> <option value="4" <?php selected( 4, $number ) ?>>4</option> <option value="5" <?php selected( 5, $number ) ?>>5</option> <option value="6" <?php selected( 6, $number ) ?>>6</option> <option value="7" <?php selected( 7, $number ) ?>>7</option> <option value="8" <?php selected( 8, $number ) ?>>8</option> <option value="9" <?php selected( 9, $number ) ?>>9</option> <option value="10" <?php selected( 10, $number ) ?>>10</option> <option value="11" <?php selected( 11, $number ) ?>>11</option> <option value="12" <?php selected( 12, $number ) ?>>12</option> </select>You can add more option in the select field.

IsmaelHi,
Thank you for following up.
Warning: Illegal string offset ‘product_gallery’ in /path/to/project/deploy/releases/45/public/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-woocommerce/config.php on line 190
To fix that issue, please edit the file mentioned in the stack trace and look for this code around line 190..
if( empty( $options['product_gallery'] ) ).., then replace it with:
if( ! array_key_exists( 'product_gallery', $options ) || ( 'wc_30_gallery' != $options['product_gallery'] ) )That should remove the warning.
For the fatal error, try to add this code in the functions.php file temporarily before doing the flush.
remove_action('ava_after_theme_update', 'avia_generate_stylesheet', 30, 1);which causes the deployment to fail:
Are you using a bash deployment script?

IsmaelHi,
Thank you for the inquiry.
Yon can apply a minimum height to the title or content container so that the items will still be perfectly aligned even if the title of an item is not long enough to create another line.
@media only screen and (max-width: 1366px) { .av-inner-masonry-content { min-height: 79px; } }Best regards,
IsmaelHi,
Thank you for the update.
You have to put the API key in the Enfold > Google Services > Google Maps field, then validate it. The field is currently empty.
I’ve already tried to put the API key in the header, so at least I got a blue google map ;-)
How did you put the API key in the header?
Best regards,
IsmaelHey Tobias,
Thank you for the inquiry.
The conditional field seems to work when we enabled it. Are you referring to the following fields? Please check the screenshot below.

How can we reproduce the issue?

IsmaelDecember 13, 2019 at 4:29 am in reply to: Product Page Reviews Formatting Wrapping images and numbers #1165394Hey trljackson,
Thank you for the inquiry.
The following css code should correct the style of the comment container.
div #reviews #comments ol.commentlist li .avatar { position: relative; } div #reviews #comments ol.commentlist li { list-style: none; } .woocommerce-tabs .comment_container { float: none; width: 100%; } div #reviews #comments ol.commentlist li { margin-bottom: 20px; }Please don’t forget to toggle the Performance > File Compression settings after adding the css.

Thank you for the inquiry.
Where can we see the issue? Please provide the current URL so that we can check the site. We tried visiting “dossenheim” but it contains the older version of the site.
Best regards,
IsmaelHey juanraubeda,
Thank you for the inquiry.
Did you apply tags to your posts? Only posts that have the same tags as the current post will display in that section.
Best regards,
IsmaelHey DouPaule,
Thank you for the inquiry.
The site contains a very old version of the theme, v4.4. You have to update the theme to version v4.6.3.1 to fix the cookie popup.
Best regards,
IsmaelHi,
When you say block editor/classic editor – are any of them referring to the WP editor in Appearance?
Yes, it refers to the default content editor currently used for the post/page, aside from the advance layout builder. You can select the editor in the Enfold > Theme Options > Select Your Editor settings. Or post the login details in the private field so that we can check the page containing the audio shortcode.

Thank you for the clarification.
How would you like to prevent the users from browsing the site on initial load? There are many options such as removal of the main menu, prevent user from scrolling or by keeping the whole site hidden until the cookies are accepted. Which one do you prefer?

IsmaelHi,
Thank you for the update.
It doesn’t work when the menu is swappable. What’s the difference between the Main Menu and the Main Menu(pre woocom)? They contain the same set of menu items.
Instead of creating a different menu to swap, control the visibility of the main menu items using conditional tags. This plugin will help.
