Yes, I mentioned that in my comment to you. I actually have three categories set up. I am using them to pull the blogs into a page in fact. But, in this case as you can see from the screenshot, they are not showing up.
Thanks for the link to the videos. I had looked over a video there before, but never the long version of the Advanced Layout Editor – very good overview.
Your suggestion works except it doesn’t give me the option to select a category. The wording is there at the top right, but no drop down on the left as you’d expect (I do have three categories set up). Here’s a screenshot of what I’m seeing: http://www.withthisring-false.info/screenshot2
Did that ( http://withthisring-false.info/screenshot ), but still no comments area showing on the page. I also noticed that the Sharing Buttons weren’t showing on this page if that helps. Thanks for helping me sleuth this out.

I didn’t find that code exactly in page.php, but found this:

Hi, I’m having the same issue. Comments show up when I view the individual posts. But, I’ve created a blog page on our temporary site ( http://www.withthisring-false.info/gems ) and it won’t show up at the bottom there. I’d like comments to show up for each blog post as we add them. Thanks!
FYI, I didn’t have any plug ins installed when having the issue and right now only have one plug in which when deactivated I still have the issue of the thumbnails not showing up.

I am having the same issue of the thumbnails not showing. I’ve duplicated the settings you have and also uploaded images on the slide page where it says Thumbnail, but still no thumbnail navigation. Any thoughts? Thanks.
