Thanks for your fast replies! Let me as you this — what version considered old and not compatible? I’ve never upgraded my PHP so I’m nervous things will be effected negatively.. Do you recommend updated to the latest? or something in between.

I’m looking in my cpanel configurations and I see we are still on 5.2 but the highest PHP level is 7.0. Will Enfold update fine with php 7.0?
Yes I am still having this issue. Try adding images to media and you will see that it stays at “100%” and there is no thumbnail. When you click on the image it looks like it’s there and uploaded, but something is a bit off.

Have you guys figured out the core of this issue? Will there be a new update out to fix it in the near future?
This is an issue I am having with Enfold only – when I set the default theme all is good.
Will you guys be fixing this on the next update?
Is there a plugin, or an alternative route to fix this instead of messing with the code? which I am not fully comfortable doing.
Yes! the sites with these issues are on godaddys managed wordpress hosting.
*** Kriesi, do you have any insight on this? Godaddy is obviously a huge hosting provider, and lots of people are switching to managed wordpress hosting – so you may want to look into this :) ***
I originally called them over a month ago and they said they cannot help me…basically. But you seem to have more details on this issue so I would give it a shot!

Are you confident that you the tracking code fixed the error? Just asking because we are about to start marketing for this site – we’ve just been waiting on this fix.
I’ve been testing my site – with and without cookies – cleared cache. I don’t see the menu issue coming up anymore… hope it stays this way.

See below – Just want you to be aware that this has happened to more then one site. These sites are hosted on godaddy’s managed wordpress hosting (FYI).
I do not think it is a plugin issue :)

No I am not getting any updates on this (they are normally really responsive). I agree, this is a bad situation. The site can’t function on mobile devices with the header looking the way it does. I am hoping this will be fixed ASAP!!

I have been getting the same issues as well – mobile menu displaying the same way. Specifically on ios6/safari.

I see you released 3.4.4 (not updated to that yet) – is that the bug issue that was fixed on that update?
Also, when I “check manually” on the theme updates (backend) it says I am up-to-date.. but i have 3.4.3 installed..

Extra note — Today when I visited the site (mac laptop – chrome) – the menu looked similar to my screenshot in the link I provided – I refreshed the page and it went away.

Yes you can deactivate plugins – but please activate afterwards.
