Thank you as always, Rikard! Worked perfect.

March 8, 2021 at 9:25 am in reply to: Knockout Text in a Color Section, or a overlay set to cover #1286348Sorry for yet another follow up but if i could get the overlay to center and repeat horizontally i would accomplish the same goal.

I can give it a left margin of -50 and fix the left side, but the same doesnt work on/with the right.

March 4, 2021 at 7:12 pm in reply to: Knockout Text in a Color Section, or a overlay set to cover #1285495I’ve pivoted here after giving up on the knockout text — ive decided to go with a PNG.
I’ve loaded the PNG in a div but i cant get the div to load 100% wide. There is 50px of padding on either side that i cant seem to overcome. Can you help with this?
Link below.
Perfect, thank you Nikko (and Ismael)! j

February 8, 2021 at 9:48 pm in reply to: Nesting sublinks in the side navigation or Using widgets in the Side Navigation #1278837Hi Nikko, thank you for this however it’s not what i need help with. Sorry if i was not clear;
What i would like to accomplish is the style of navigation. If you look at my example i have nested (indented under each section) links that are part of those sections. Right now if i were to assign a page under another in the navigation it would be in a fly out on the front end. I would like to nest them below the same way they are in the navigation widget.
Originally i wanted to use the Elementor plugin to accomplish this but in speaking with Rickard in another thread i learned that Elementor integration with Enfold is still on-going, so i am hoping to accomplish something similar to that. I don’t need it to replicate all of the functionality of the Elementor plugin, i just want to accomplish a similar looking menu where the sub-links nest under each section, as you will see here:
Thank you for your continued support, Nikko.

February 4, 2021 at 8:48 pm in reply to: Nesting sublinks in the side navigation or Using widgets in the Side Navigation #1277786Hey Nikko, i am using this as a base however when i add sublinks they are in fly-outs to the right. What i would like to do is nest them under each section. They will be targeted links to content on the page, for example this is how i would like it to appear in the sidebar rather than using fly-outs. In this example the user would be on the page “About Us”, scrolled down to the “Our History” section;

December 7, 2020 at 9:14 pm in reply to: Full width Color Section or Grid Row with a Boxed Layout #1265612Hey Victoria, thank you for the swift reply. I take and understand your point. I’ve also played with the idea of achieving the same goal with a background that doesn’t repeat vertically however i only want this effect to appear on the homepage, in the first fold.
Alternately;
Could i perhaps then bother you for Quick CSS assistance (if it is possible) in putting a black container (full width) with a height size attribute at the top of the home page, behind the content?Apologies for the slow reply Mike, i was away. Yes please, go ahead and close the topic. Thank you for your assistance.

November 19, 2020 at 1:08 am in reply to: WooCommerce Place Order button is dissapearing durring load #1261393Update;
I managed to get it a bit more sticky using the following code, however it still tries to disappear before loading permanently. I’m using FF Dev edition, current version.
.woocommerce-account .button, .woocommerce-checkout .button { display: block !important; } .woocommerce-checkout .blockUI.blockOverlay { z-index: -1 !important; opacity: 0 !important; }
thank you very much!
Apologies for my slow reply, Rikard! We had a holiday. I ended up abandoning this effort as it was holding the rest of the design back. I do appreciate the prompt reply though.
I would very much still like to use a chevron (downward pointing arrow spanning the width of the page with the same angle degree as the built-in diagonal) shape rather than a diagonal shape elsewhere on the site though if you have any suggestions — i would love to stick one at the bottom of a color section elsewhere. I don’t believe the way i was doing it was the best method, if there were a way to modify the diagonal border in the quick CSS that would be ideal.
Please advise, cheers for now!
hey Rikard, i actually ended up going with a different design/style but the original idea was that the primary navigation would load at below the slider/color section and when the user scrolled down it would stick to the top of their window (much like the sub navigation element does). I was hoping to apply the settings from the main navigation to the sub menu/nav item to achieve this.
I still really like the idea and would love to do it on a future site, if you can offer any suggestions for how to achieve this? I just don’t have an example to show you at this moment/any longer. Cheers in advance. j
August 10, 2019 at 7:57 pm in reply to: Remove gap between navigation and logo, centered menu #1126527okay, thank you.
Just want to double check though, no quick css way to pull up the nav, like with a negative margin perhaps?
Nailed it! Thank you all for your help. Please feel free to close this topic
Thanks Rikard,
I posted it at the top of the CSS and dumped the old CSS and JS files as instructed but still the border/background remains. -
