Scrap that, I got that bit sorted.
One last question, can I still use an overlay image with the gradient? That’s what seemed to be stopping the homepage section not showing.
Yigit, thank you very much indeed, seems to be getting there, I really appreciate you doing all this for me.
I have found that the gradient is working on the test page you created, but still not on the homepage!?
FYI
1) I just changed some of your code to the code generated from http://www.colorzilla.com/gradient-editor/ to get some different colors and directions etc. It still works fine on the test page.
2) I copy/pasted the CSS code to create gradient code for the homepage section “home-intro” but this gradient is not showing up.All caches cleared etc.
Any ideas why it wont work on the homepage?
Hi Yigit,
Thank you very much for that.
I’ve just added a background image to the section and this has killed the gradient.
I’m just trying to achieve something like in the attached pic, gradient overlay, image underneath, heading on top.
Is this possible?
How disappointing! Thank you very much for trying and putting that time in.
I am not knowingly using any caching systems or CDN, no.
And thank you :)
Hi Mike, interestingly I am not seeing the gradient at all!? I am using Chrome, cleared cache and refreshed but nothing there at all!?
Thanks Mike, I see the test area you made.
For my clarity, is it not possible to have a gradient overlay, in that case, so that its still possible to use a background image in the section?
And its supposed to look like this?

https://postimg.org/image/wll2kyrbdConfirmed fixed, thank you.
Yigit, thank you for this!
I have named the section as suggested and pasted the code in, changed #gradient-section to the section name, cleared cache, but sadly no gradient showing up :/
Sorry to be a pain, but any suggestions as to why it might not be working?
Hi Mike, were you in a position to take a look at this issue as yet, please?
April 28, 2017 at 12:32 pm in reply to: Is anyone able to help me write a CSS Class style… thing!? #784488Jordan, my apologies, I just find the sheer volume of issues I’m having with Enfold to be so overwhelming, and the time it takes to get responses so long, that when the content you want is already provided in the thread, I find it frustrating to be asked again and have to wait another 1-2 days for more progress. No intention to offend you personally but I’m really struggling to work with Enfold when so many things constantly break and it takes so long to get problems solved, however I also appreciate how busy you all are so, again, no intention to offend, just a bit stressed out with it all.
I appreciate you are trying to help, so thank you.
Problem is, I don’t understand or write CSS which is why I was so grateful for you writing that code for me. I realise you are not here to write code for people and that you did me a huge favour, but the issue is I cannot fix the problem I’m having by coding the solution.
The code you wrote does work, the problem is it’s being applied to more than just the one page it was intended for. Are you able to see in the code why post ID 54 code is being applied also to post ID 36 page?
This is a showstopper for me, I need to get the colours right on each page or I’m truly stuck. Hope you can assist, and thanks again.
I just tried that and Layerslider said you cant activate with your theme purchase code.
How is it supposed to be activated?

April 27, 2017 at 2:00 pm in reply to: Is anyone able to help me write a CSS Class style… thing!? #784017Hi Jordan, sorry to bother you with this again.
I replicated the code you wrote in order to apply to a different/new page, post ID 54.
Since I added the code for post ID 54 the “&” sign in the headings and the table headers on post ID 36 have taken on the colours of the code for post ID 54.
I have pasted the Quick CSS code I have in the PC below for you to see.
Sorry, I know this must be annoying, but is there any way you could help me have the separate colour arrangements for the different pages? There are 4 more pages to do that will also likely have different colours too.
Many thanks in advance for your help.
I also noticed the element was missing, it seems to have disappeared since I uninstalled WP Layerslider. I wasn’t sure if this could be related?
Please find FTP details below. I would be incredibly grateful if you could take a look at this as soon as possible.
Details below.
Any update here please?

Two very small things. The top of the featured column in the pricing table remains orange.
And also the “&” symbol in one of the headers remains orange too. Any way to change these too, please?Hi John, the page I’m wanting to change the secondary colour on is attached.

The page I’m working on just now is in the link attached. Bear in mind, I am only wanting this gold colour on that page only. Gold bits should be:
*Bold text
*Pricing table buttons/headers
*Other incidental items like box icons and stuff (although I did change them ok)
*Anything on that page that is currently orange (theme colour)Guenni007
Thank you for your kind, kind help there. I have found that changing the bold colour in text editor doesn’t work and the published bold text is still in line with the theme colours. Also the class you wrote, thank you again, would then apply site wide, wouldnt it? I only want these colours on one particular page.Benjerry… hate to say it, but did you try clearing cache? This has brought the masonry back for me.
March 31, 2017 at 10:58 pm in reply to: Is anyone able to help me write a CSS Class style… thing!? #770199Hi Jordan, here it is. I just mainly want to know how to do this kind of thing. I have done lots of Googling too but not sure I’ve really got the grasp of it properly.
Ignore point 1, clearing cache sorted it.
Victoria,
I am not using a masonry gallery, just masonry. There is no link/lightbox option in masonry (only).
Could we try another fix… how come an updated theme isn’t already out?
See you in 24 hours for the next thread update :)
March 28, 2017 at 2:26 pm in reply to: Is Enfold against videos, or something? More examples of videos not playing… #768154Thank you Yigit. I removed the section and added it again and now they work. Bit annoying but they are working. Cheers.
Do you mean Lightbox Modal Window in Enfold theme options? If so, I have that ticked but no masonry showing.
March 27, 2017 at 3:57 pm in reply to: Is Enfold against videos, or something? More examples of videos not playing… #767515Moved them all into a straight line, all in their own 1/4 sections… and now none of them will play.
I’ve about had it with this theme, it just doesn’t work.
I’m having the same issue. This is a showstopper as you can’t lay out a site if elements don’t render on screen. Also running 4.0.4.
