Since this is such a major action, it would be great if you guys could add a “Are you sure?” prompt. I’ve always been afraid of hitting that button by mistake.

In multiple threads today, Yigit and other mods indicated that the fix for the video was omitted from 4.2.1 and will be released along with php patch in another update coming in a few days. I hope this is still the case as updating to 4.2.1 did nothing to help the video bug.

Thanks for your response! I’m not sure I totally understand.
Just so I’m clear- does that mean that support mods have gone as far as you can go? I notice no one has even logged into the staging site since I set up an Enfold account 5 days ago, so I’m unclear how or if this is being addressed.

RobMany many of us are having this problem right now. It’s an Enfold bug and the published workarounds aren’t working for me. You you may want to read / search some of the threads related to this. Good luck.

RobI added this code from Ismael’s reply 870289 to custom css and it fixed some of the self-hosted videos but others are not working:

RobThere are a bunch of threads on this, and the bug still exists in 4.2.1 just released today.
If it’s not going to be released in an update, we need the definitive code posted in one thread that we can all copy. I’m going through tons of threads and they all have slightly different css to fix this problem.

There still must have been some caching going on… I checked several hours later and it’s working great, thanks! OK to close thread.
This is the same problem I’m having now in January 2018… has this bug been corrected? Or is there a workaround?

Thanks for your response, but after clearing server and browser cache the tooltips are still showing and require a double tap to activate a hot spot on mobile.

I would also like to disable the tool tips on mobile ONLY for “Image with Hot Spots” as it does the same thing on mobile… the image loads, you click the hot spot, the tool tip displays, and you have to click again. That’s a double click and I would prefer that one tap to a hot spot on mobile go to the link for that hotspot.
Is it possible to disable tool tips for mobile only on images with hot spots?

I’m using an iPhone X (maybe the notch is causing it, ha ha).
Should work fine on desktop as the pop up “Share on Facebook” step only occurs on mobile.

I adjusted it up to 32 px as an experiment on the font size changed…. deleted cache (server side and browser)… no change to the title over the social sharing element.Thanks
Thanks, Rikard, it’s great to know when to expect the next version as we have heard a few different timelines on this forum.
I can live with the old 4.1.2 until January I guess as long as I’ve waiting this long. Full-width video is a key feature of my site so I don’t want to break it.
It would be great if you guys could keep a “known issues” sticky at top of forum that only moderators can post to (so it doesn’t turn into a Q&A from us users) where you can list known issues and the official patch / workaround for each issue. Just an idea.Wishing you happy holidays!

The full width issue showed up on my staging site with Enfold 4.2 way before WordPress 4.9 was released. That’s why I’m eager to see an update (4.2.1?) to patch the video issue and other bugs I have read about here on the forum. For now I remain on 4.1.2 on my production site as I thought that a 4.2.1 was just “days away”…..

RobSo it’s a couple weeks later and I still haven’t updated to 4.2 due to the bugs (video, etc)…. Any word on when the next update is coming?
It is a text box withing the Advanced Layout Builder. There is no class created for this text box. In the past you guys have given a step by step on adding a custom css class and then the css to include for that specific element.

Can someone tell me simply how I increase the spacing in my bullet or numbered list per the original post? I need specific, not general instructions please.
