Wasn’t sure whetyher to carry on on this page or start a new one – theres new templates – am I right in thinking I need to enter via shortcodes again? As importing will override my current settings?

If so can I please get them for:

I have a backup plugin that does them every few days so I don’t think I will have lost anything as not done anything for few weeks.

How do I reinstall wordpress – through ftp?

Do I them reinstall from a backup once wordpress is reinstalled?

This is the views from my edit layersider in wp and the site live.

Basically it is the images – for example on another sldie – slide 2 of the layerslider not detailed in the pictures I’ve attached – it is loading the background the the scrolling text input but missing the UPS image out that is uploaded to it?

I was updating the enfold theme with the latest update yesterday and it said stylesheet was missing. So I did it through ftp instead but then the whole site crashed – I couldn’t even log in to the site.

I ended up ringing the hosting company who logged on somehow and he was not sure if it was theme related or plugins – so he disabled all the plugins and changed the theme to another one – he also uploaded another wordpress page he said as though one of mine could be corrupt.

I can now log in – and have changed it back to enfold – so you should be able to see now :)

Is it right that each time there is an enfold update I have to put my custom widgets back in the place they were before – I had them all set before, then did the update (all be it there were issues as above). ?

So to get the new templates – it will override everything I have changed elsewhere again – like the colours, my logo, special css to have a large telephone number at the top of the page etc?

Is there not a way just to download the template pages without it changing my settings on the whole site?
