Woocommerce is the only plugin active, it is not a plugin issue.
The issue turned out to be with the plugin, “Shortcodes Anywhere and Everywhere”, I had to disable it from working in some sections of the site in the plugin settings.
Thanks for looking into this.
Thanks for taking a look, my client is anal about the indicators, I know they will not like that solution. They have been looking at the site in other browsers and they like it that the first link has the indicator when you land on the page programs or about page. Is there somewhere in the js or css that the sub-menu is triggered on a scroll event?
I have taken the #target out of the main menu link for now (the links in the private section still work) but it would be great to have the sub-menu activate on page load instead of when you begin to scroll in firefox.
I tried a position fixed on the submenu container with css and that made the menu appear right away but the anchor position was off and the green header text is cut off for the content block. It looks like the anchor position is at the very top of the browser window frame not allowing/accounting the fixed header height till onscroll. Maybe I need a change in the fixed header css or js to look for it’s height on load? I’m guessing here :)
I’d like to find a solution because I think it looks better with the indicator, and it seems a shame to take it out for all the browsers just because firefox won’t load it correctly until you scroll.
Sorry to be a pain but I want to use this type of menu scenario again on other sites.

I love you guys! Great theme, great support!
Login if needed
In the demo page I have set up the contact link is set to the color section and it underlines when in the main menu when you are there.
If the submenu could do the same that would be great.
Thank for your reply, I have included a link to my site. I would like the word results to be highlighted in the sub menu when you are at that color section. I’ve seen this work with your one page demos where the main menu link is underlined and as you scroll the page the underline changes based on what section you are in. Would really like to do that with the submenu so my main menu can be for pages and the sub menu navigating the color sections.
Thanks Again
This solved the issue.

FrankHello, I have a basic demo with the shopping cart content. I have an icon in the my account link on the secondary menu. I have the secondary menu set as the main nav, top nav and I have it as a custom menu widget in the sidebar.
The icon comes through on the main menu but displays the shortcode in the other 2. I’d like to use icons in the widget and top bar if possible.
A way to do it in a child theme would be ideal. I’ve included the ftp and page link.
Thanks Again
FrankThis worked good but can I have this only happen on the home page, on the other pages I still want to see the thumbnail.

The only thing you didn’t answer is how to get the description below the main menu links in the theme. I’m comfortable editing the php / them files to get it there.
I was also wondering if I could get the main menu to be the same font as the header font and not the same font as the body text.
I also had a post in about getting my special heading H3’s to look like this. I looked around and there are not a lot of articles on styling the special header.
Thanks Again for you help.
