I have been waiting for Yigit who I have been told is a senior person to help me. There are numerous issues all over the place!! I will not repeat them yet again!! This is turning into a nightmare! I have given Yigit back-end access credentials to my site to help the NUMEROUS ongoing problems ALREADY LISTED A NUMBER OF TIMES. Do you even read what is going on before responding?? Please have a senior person who is going to respond and help me contact me. There is no layerslider on the home page!! I took it off since it does not work! I NEED HELP FROM A SENIOR PERSON ASAP!!!! This is getting infuriating! AND IT IS NOW INTERFERING MY CUSTOMERS/BUSINESS!!! DO I HAVE TO BEG FOR PROPER HELP-??? This goes back months and I am about ready to SCREAM!!

So it has been SIX DAYS now with no response. Other more serious issues going on now and I am being ignored??

I already said I will not do a reinstall. I was told it would be trouble shooted if I say no. I said no.

Please continue to troubleshoot as stated would be done earlier. I do not want to waste any time.

No, it is not solved. The other person I asked to help has not responded to the thread for many days now. I checked with Flywheel. They advised that there weren’t any errors that would be causing these problems.

They told me to turn on developer mode and that did absolutely nothing. Everything is fine on thier end.

Still having all of these problems. Please advise asap.

Wow, I sure did not expect you to read my mind. It was a different post about the layer slider that I still did not receive a response. I never said you should have read my mind on the italic issue. You see the word “ALSO”? and me adding in the issue about the italic link that you failed to address other than your mind reading comment? And now that it is discussed for the second time it is still not addressed with a solution?

Where can I call for support? Is there a phone number or a person in charge? This them has gone haywire. NOW “ADDING IN” the footer shrinks on all new pages.
And no, Why would I change the background from the white that it has been set at for 3 years when I want it to be white?

I could send you a shot of a missing layerslider but a blank inch of a page where it used to be may not be of any help. If it helps you to see a blank section of a page you can look at the front page and see the white spot.

I have had this theme for 3 plus years and never had this issue. You think changing the theme color will change the one block that turns gray? It only happens on some of the pages some of the time. The theme is set correctly.
Please advise.
You also think this will fix the issue of the type will not changing to white when I use a color background when using links, capital or italic letters? And this will fix the layer slider from disappearing too?

It is happening on all of the new pages I am trying to create. You can see the gray background here.
Also,
When adding a link to a white text it will not go white or any other color without fighting with it. I have to type it white, to begin with, and I cannot see it, highlight it several times and about the 4th or 5th time sometimes the text will turn white. Sometimes the text will not turn white and I give up and change the whole layout.

It will also not change color if it is italic or bold which I need for SEO purposes. I changed everything to standard type.

Please advise asap I am building many pages as we type and this is making me crazy so many issues stopping me here. I posted about a layer slider disappearing also with no response yet. Front page slider is just gone. It wants money to upgrade.

Oh after all this I went to your site demo and I see the masonry gallery boxes have the gray box that appears when clicking the image showing the atl text. I have spent 50 hours on my over 1000 images creating alt text for SEO purposes. I feel as if I cannot win in this situation. Need my text but do not want my fans to see it!!

Is there even a solution to this?
