update. The plug-ins do not remove it. I am a lay person so can’t put code in the back end. I tried two different plug in and it is still there. Getting this when testing it. XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only. I have the RANK MATH plug in and changed some settings still nothing.
2nd back link issue – I cant seem to find any help from woocommerce unless I have a paid plug in which I do not.
Any other advice would be appreciated

UPDATE: I see now the theme is not updating. I reinstalled and have updated version still not fixed.

Yes, of course, I did that. I said I set the woo-commerce setting. And it DID SHRINK THE MENU!! It slowed my website down to load in about 8 seconds too.
Why wouldn’t you have said check the ration on one day?? Why wouldn’t you have mentioned that before telling me to take hours to resize every image in my shop if could be just that one click of a button? It was not it, but why would you not mention it before telling someone to spend hours replacing images?
I asked you to escalate this to a supervisor. Why was my request ignored???
This long delay of back and forth is costing me money and a huge delay in the massive marketing campaign of many other companies in the chain, and everything is on HOLD due to this.
My problems after hours of work doing what you said, is NOW WORSE.
I will await a supervisor’s response who can help me resolve this issue.
I am sorry this service run around all the time has me livid.I copied and pasted what you supplied, and it did not work, but it shrunk my Menu type size significantly and did not fix the two square images..
Do you have a code that will affect the images instead of the menu font size? I need this fixed ASAP, and resizing and changing the images will take quite some time. I have multiple projects now ahead of resizing all images.

My head will pop off if I change them all and they stay square and this does not work..

UPDATE, Changing the images not only makes them square, they are distorting the quality.
ANOTHER UPDATE: Did what you said and now they ARE ALL WRONG! Instead of having 2 images not sizing I have a whole website not sizing.
Please escalate this to a supervisor.
They differ significantly because I am trying to change them to make them go in the 4:3 dimensions. No matter what I do, a few of them do not conform, even if they are the same size as the others. 600 x470, 600 x 471, 600 x 479, 600 x 400, 600 x 487 all work just fine. Matched the two who will not conform and the new ones that do not conform to the exact sizes that do. Created a duplicate product with the exact same image size will not conform. All new uploads will not conform.
As I mentioned, I tried everything! I need to get this project done today. Lost hours on this yesterday. Please give me some options.Pam

That is there to force the text in another section, not this one. I won’t be able to remove it. You guys advised me to put that in. I think it was for the gallery to have white letters overlaying. Is there any other solution ??

Thank you!! I entered my Lightroom and found that the color profile had accidentally changed to ProPhoto RGB. I never use that, but apparently did for recent images. Here is the thing. They worked fine without issue until recently. It’s possible on the last update, it stopped working, and I didn’t notice. Again I have hundreds of pages. I will try the plug-in now and then work on changing out the images. Luckily we caught this before I wrote too many articles.

It’s Untested with my version of WordPress. I never use these untested ones. Never mind. It wants to alter all of the images, and I cannot take that chance. I will replace all the new images in the new articles with the sRGB version.Thank you for helping me get to the bottom of this… any idea why it suddenly started conflicting?? Like I said days ago, the article was fine and blasted out to many people when I first created it, and it conflicted at some point after that in the past few weeks or so. It would be much easier to see why it happened that I changed all the images, but I will change them. thank you again.
Can you please get a senior representative to help me? On my desktop, I can clearly see the difference. On the cell phone, the side-by-side comparison is harder to see. Can someone investigate this?
I have so far five people on social media checked their computers and CLEARLY SEE THE DIFFERENCE TRUST ME; THE PICTURES ARE SUPPOSED TO BE BRIGHTER THAN THEY ARE, NOT WITH A BLUE WASH OUT IN THE FULL WITDTH EASY SLIDER. I have said it is happening on all three of my browsers and I can see the difference on the cell phone.

Also earlier I put up two images in the image box on the top of the page with the correct color, so you can see the difference went you went in.. So the gallery and the full with easy slider are having color distortion problems. I removed them and did them over, and the same thing is happening.
I don’t understand what you mean by not seeing any images that I previously posted on that page. ??? I advised you this is an additional problem so that means it would be different images.
You already see the purple images are different colors above.

I view it on my cell phone, and the sandy hook page is all color distorted and in different browsers distorted. It was fine since A photography store featured this article and the color was fine when I created it. https://photomagx.com/portfolio-item/sandy-hook-n-j/ I have checked many other pages, and it appears so far this is the only page affected. I do not want to recreate the page because it is 8 years old, which is good for SEO.
So it is only on new pages, and so far, this one is happening. I only checked about twenty of the hundreds of pages so far.
ALSO- This is odd. The bottom of the page on the Sandy Hook washed out page (linked above) with my private jet photo tour the ad the color is perfect. And now the original page where the South Amboy sunset picture was is back to normal and the new uploads on that page are fine.
And now working on the page I added in some images on the page and the color of the new image boxes are fine. Trying to redo the masonry gallery and the full width easy slider they still are color distorted.
Gueeni, – The magazine is hundreds of pages and only has a problem in certain areas, so all of your suggestions are irrelevant. Color calibration affects every page, not just one.
Could you please explain what you mean? ” I see them as the first image, not the second “What does this mean? The image on the left of each is clearly colorful and the image on the right, after uploading to Enfold, is changed and visible in these screenshots. the two images above are clearly different. If a blue light would change only one image on the entire page?????. Is there someone else who can help? Maybe you see colors differently?? No offense intended. I am at a complete standstill until this is resolved.

That was because of the redirect. I changed the 404 in the enfold theme section. the site is up and its running now but I have this banner on the main page.
This page is selected to be displayed as custom 404 page but is not active at the moment. (Set in Enfold » Theme Options). (Change)
Never had this issue before. please advise.

That did not do anything. The menu is still blacked out. My stats have dropped drastically. Please help.

I just logged in with the credentials supplied. they are still good;I am not sure if I should start a new thread, but while you are there, I just checked the menu and used Chrome Browser, and the website is not converting into the cell phone version, and you can barely read anything. It is converting in the brave browser, but the menu is blacked out.
Can you please help with this. Any idea why all of these things are happening?

Thank you I see the general settings now. I am also trying to change the H6 so I can customize some headers to different typestyle, but it is not taking my changes in the custom Change the styling for your H6 Tag section. Can you advise if this should still work and why it may not be working?
