Rikard,
Thank you so much! I greatly appreciate your time and assistance. Please close the ticket.
This reply has been marked as private.Hi Rikard,
Regarding the first website…yes, the message only appeared after the actual update when I tried to view the Home page but disappeared when I clicked into an interior page.
About the second website, I actually was able to individually update all of the Woocommerce plugins one at a time without any problems this morning, including the checkout plugin. Not sure what happened there but I’ll keep an eye out for warnings when I update the plugins in the future.
I guess the topic can be closed since I can’t replicate anything and you don’t see any error messages. Thanks for your time!

Another website experienced a “critical error” when I began updating plugins. The error message is below. From a quick glance, the website is displaying normally, granted I haven’t checked every page. Let me know if you need access to this site. Thank you!

Thanks for taking the time to post this but I think Mike has already taken care of adding the TripAdvisor icon to the site. Sorry to have wasted your valuable time on this but I just checked the site and it’s appearing in the list of icons, so this thread can be closed.
See below
Yeah, I tried again this morning and it crashed again. Can’t figure it out, so thanks Mike!
I figured out why it didn’t work. I remembered Mike mentioning in another thread to make sure the apostrophe’s need to be straight. Mine were curly. After updating the apostrophe’s, the Yelp code worked, but the TripAdvisor code did not. It crashed the site like before.
Still need help to add TripAdvisor. Thanks
Gotcha. Please lock this sucker up before I eff it up again. Thank you, Mike.
You’re the man, Mike! Thanks for the tip. Never knew I could do that to check my work.
Ok, so I followed your instructions and copied the code into Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and fixed the errors. I then copied the edited code and pasted back into Theme Options > General Styling > Quick CSS… and now the dropcap code isn’t working again. I apologize for the inconvenience that I’m causing. I’m a n00b and an idiot.
I’m not touching anything you already edited either. WTF?
P.S. What am I doing to make the dropcap css from not working if I didn’t change anything? All I did was update other css code and saved. Hopefully there’s something that you can think of that will help prevent this from happening again. Thank you, Mike.

Hi Mike,
Thanks for the assistance! It worked earlier this morning but when I changed the colors, it stopped and reverted back to the default style. I flushed the cache but no luck. I didn’t change anything else, just the colors.
Just an fyi… the curly quote is actually on the Typography Documentation page. I originally didn’t copy the shortcode, I copied the text (see below image) and pasted into my code on the page, and it automatically added the curly quote.
May 19, 2019 at 2:17 am in reply to: Color Section – Three Column Mobile Placeholder Spacing #1102158Yep, that was it. Thank you, Victoria and Rikard. Appreciate the Support from the Enfold Team. Top notch as always. Please close the topic.
This nth child stuff is beyond my capabilities. I’ll figure it out when I have more time. Thank you, Ismael. The topic can be closed.
Hi Ismael,
Thanks! I’ll try and figure this out. Never used nth child selector before so this should be fun. I’ll report back later.
May 16, 2019 at 2:39 pm in reply to: Color Section – Three Column Mobile Placeholder Spacing #1101451Hi,
Unfortunately that didn’t work either when I put the code at the top of Custom CSS. Any other suggestions? I included a pic of another page showing the space.
May 15, 2019 at 2:32 pm in reply to: Color Section – Three Column Mobile Placeholder Spacing #1101069Hey Rikard,
Unfortunately the suggested code didn’t work when I applied it to a specific page. Also keep in mind the code needs to be universal for the entire site, not just one page. Thanks
Bummer. Thanks for the reply, Victoria. Topic can be closed.
Ah yes, that makes sense now. I’m learning as I go. Thank you for the info, Rikard. The thread can be closed.
Mike,
That did the trick. Your support is outstanding as usual. Along with the other Mods, this is why I keep coming back to the Enfold Theme. Thank you, kind Sir. The topic can be closed.

That worked. Thank you, Rikard. The ticket can be closed.
Yes, Mike, please close the ticket. Thank you for all of your help!
Hi Mike,
That all looks great, and thanks for showing me that link. I made some changes based on that. If you don’t mind, could you please delete the “old” file for me? As I previously mentioned, I’m still new to designing websites and am not very familiar or comfortable with FTP yet, so I’m not sure what I need to do. But the shortcode links now appear that was the main thing. Thank you so much for your time and assistance!! Great work.
One more thing Mike… how can I stop non-paying “customers” from registering on the site and clogging up the “Users” section in the back-end? When I started the thread, there were 141 users, now there’s 170. Thanks

Mike…
Looks great on the different devices. Thanks so much for looking into this and fixing my wayward code. Great Support as always from the Enfold Team, which is one of the reasons why I keep coming back to this theme. Thanks again, Mike… the topic can be closed.

That worked… Thank you Ismael!! Please close the topic.
Please see #992914 from August 2. I think it’s pretty self explanatory. #2 is the only outstanding issue that needs attention. Logins are above.
Please go to the Calendar and click ” << July” or “September >>”
When the July monthly view appears, a large blue box appears obscuring “<< June” and “August >>” and also layers over the filter bar. The blue box appears on every monthly view. I have not changed any files or added any code to make this happen. I also deactivated all other plugins but the blue bar still appeared. What needs to be done to remove the blue box from the monthly views?
Thank you.
