    Hello Rikard,
I removed the localization plugin and now the theme switched to the dutch enfold version. This one is a lot better. I used poedit to change a few things. But it works great now.

    Wpsmush is also back online.

    thanks for the help anyway

in reply to: Switching to the Child Theme #454985

    Hi Elliot,
I am changing to a child theme, But I already made a lot of changes to the theme. So I made the child theme according to all the advice I got here. But I need a way to secure I can always return to what I have now. The way suggested here sounds good because I could always go back to the child to the enfold_old. Is it possible to lose all the layout builder info when you changes themes?

in reply to: Switching to the Child Theme #454295

This method sounds pretty safe for changing to a child theme. I am unclear on where you rename enfold to enfold_old? Would this be in the themes folder on the ftp? or somewhere else?

in reply to: Child theme, final questions #451548

    thanks Elliott!

I will be activating my child theme soon. Thanks for the help!!

    regards

Thanks Elliot, I will test this out! And the localization plugin for text changes? will those changes stay? Do I need to copy the .mo file or something?
p.s. does the folder includes go straight in the root folder of the child theme? same level as functions.php style.css and screenshot?
p.s.s do I have to import the css of the parent theme? It’s isn’t included in the example enfold child theme

    it worked! thanks a lot!!

Dear Rikard, I have a question. What would happen to the quick css I have now if I would make a child theme. Can I just copy it to the quick css box of the child theme? Or does it just stay there. Or does it need to go into style.css? Do you have list of dutch recommended devs? I have trouble finding a good one.

I have removed relevanssi the tags need to work. This can be closed

    thanks for the help

in reply to: archive titles #447012

That I understand, but it will return everywhere. We need the title only on post archive pages. We have given up so you can close this. Maybe we will revisit later.

in reply to: archive titles #446304

    Hello Ismael,

The code doesn’t seem to do anything.
Maybe because of .title_container .main-title { display: none; } in the css.

    cheers

in reply to: Relevanssi issues #446243

    Hello Ismael,
I am afraid this didn’t help. I still have like 20 results. Most of it is a lot of pages as results and just a couple portfolio and posts.

Also do you have any idea for the other issues, html tags in the AJAX results and the tags for posts that don’t work anymore?

    cheers

    Wolf

Also is it possible to force the results in an order page results- post results- portfilio results.

Now sometimes portfolio comes first. That is something we don’t really like.

    Cheers

I see! That makes sense I forgot that It was in the breadcrumb.

So now I have a bit of a problem.

My general site setting for breadcrumbs is none.
I use the option in the pages to turn them on when I need them.
And I use quick css to hide the titel. So I just have the breadcrumbs.

But now in the archive page I need the titel and not the breadcrumbs.

My guess would be turning the title and breadcrumbs back on for the site. Hiding the titles for the pages I need the breadcrumbs. And hiding the Breadcrumbs for when I need the titles. And hiding everything for the rest of the site. But this doesn’t seem the easiest way.

I would like to hear if you have an Idea?

    cheers

    Hello Rikard,
I didn’t know I could use the page id like that. Good to know! Thanks.

    The css works great!.

Do you have a list, or can I find a list somewhere, of all the classes of the contact form I can style?

I still need to change the color of the asterisk and probably more stuff.

    thanks!

in reply to: Change color Submit button #442933

    Hello Yigit,

This changes the color just fine, but it changes the color everywhere. The custom class would be .energiescan. How do I use it then?

Also any thoughts on the asterisk and checkbox color? I will have 4 themed forms on the site so I would like to style them as much as possible

    cheers

in reply to: Aspect ratio blog thumbnails #436778

    Hello Ismael,
I’m sorry but don’t really understand. Just to be safe.

If I go to related posts and replace ‘square’ with something new like ‘relatedpost_imagesize’

Then I go to functions.php and create a new line(Is this correct??)

    $avia_config[‘imgSize’][‘relatedpost_imagesize’] = array(‘width’=>180, ‘height’=>180); // small image for related posts blogs

    Or

Do I replace ‘Square’ in the relatedposts.php with ‘widget’ and does that work?

    And

    How will these be generated?

    cheers
