Hi SAMPS!
1. The category sort options are not displaying? Can you send us a link to the exact page where your using the Masonry?
2. In the Masonry options you can set the “Size Settings” to “Perfect Grid” if you want them to all be the same size.
Cheers!
ElliottHi!
In the gallery options did you make sure to set the “Gallery Big Preview Image Size” and “Gallery Preview Image Size” options to “No Scaling”?
Best regards,
ElliottHi dziesmer!
Perhaps a plugin would work for you, https://wordpress.org/plugins/email-encoder-bundle/.
Cheers!
ElliottHey Faroutworld!
Is it just those pages? Does it work fine if you delete and recreate the page?
Regards,
ElliottHi!
Can you send us a link to your page and take a screenshot highlighting your intentions? You can set your reply as private if you wish.
Best regards,
ElliottHey!
Yes, you can make it so the products are not actually for sell.
I would go ahead and use Woocommerce just in case you decide to sell them online in the future but you can also use our portfolio posts or regular blog posts as the products also.
Cheers!
ElliottNovember 20, 2015 at 6:47 pm in reply to: AVIA Blog Posts Image align left | text align right #539869Hey sailflags!
To apply CSS only on the homepage you can add a .home in front of each declaration like so.
.home a { color: blue; }
That will change all links on the homepage to blue, etc etc.
Regards,
ElliottHey!
I don’t think that would be possible. Not without a lot of customization. You could use the fullscreen slider instead and add the heading as a slide caption.
Regards,
ElliottHey!
There was a typo. Try it now, https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-accordion-toggle-image-icon/#post-536149.
Best regards,
ElliottHi Corina!
I think your wanting this CSS.
.widget li { margin-left: 0px !important; padding-left: 0px !important; }
If that’s not correct then please take a screenshot and highlight what your trying to do so we can get a better idea.
Best regards,
ElliottHey!
Yes it may load none, or 1 or 2, etc etc, that’s because when you click the load more button it’s going to load the next 40 posts, some of which may be assigned to “Panser Glans” and some of them may not be. It’s just the next 40 posts of all the categories you are using.
It sounds like your wanting that when “Panser Glans” is the current sort and load more is clicked you want it to load only posts in that category but it’s not going to work that way. In this case you will be better off creating a separate page for each category.
Cheers!

November 20, 2015 at 6:30 pm in reply to: How to use short codes of layer slider and elements in may custom template #539854Hi!
The LayerSlider is a fullwidth element so you may need to play around with the layout in the template file if your going to use it with do_shortcode. Send us a link to your page and we’ll take a look.
Cheers!
ElliottHi!
I can’t read the German text in the screenshot but I think the CSS your wanting is this.
.av-masonry-entry-content { font-size: 10px !important; color: red !important; font-style: none !important; }
Regards,
ElliottHey!
Also make sure your posts are using the default editor and not the advanced layout builder. Send us a link to the post and a WordPress login if your still having trouble.

ElliottNovember 20, 2015 at 6:19 pm in reply to: Having Trouble making Submenu Stay at the bottom of page #539846Hey Antonio!
I checked your link but didn’t see a sub menu anywhere. Can you take a screenshot and highlight what your trying to do?
Best regards,
ElliottHi!
So it looks like you worked through 2/3 questions but I’m not sure what you mean by “IMAGES SCALED LARGE AND NOT AFFECTED BY CUSTOM CSS DEFINED IN FIRST IMAGE”. Can you elaborate?
Cheers!
ElliottHi!
That’s how you currently have it set. Take a screenshot and highlight exactly what your trying to do so we can get a better idea.
Cheers!
ElliottNovember 20, 2015 at 6:05 pm in reply to: DropDown is non scrollable and content is hidden below fold #539837Hi!
That’s pretty cool. It’s working fine on my end. I don’t think there is a way to hide the scrollbar without disabling scrolling.
Best regards,
ElliottHi!
Well it’s working fine on my XAMPP setup. Not sure what else to tell you here. Make sure your using the latest version of Enfold, 3.4.4.

ElliottNovember 19, 2015 at 11:42 pm in reply to: Made excerpt length on the Masonry blog longer but Perfect grid cuts off content #539272Hey!
I see what you mean. There is not much we can do there though. There is an option that you can set to have it only display on hover. If you’d like we can also reduce the size via CSS.
Other than that it would be best to use the regular blog posts element if you want to display large excerpts.
Regards,
ElliottHi!
The featured images should be displayed on top of the title. Have you done customizations? Let’s try the following.
1. Deactivate all plugins.
2. Completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.
Regards,
ElliottHey!
I’m sorry but I’m not sure I understand. Can you send us a link to the exact page and take a screenshot highlighting what your trying to do? You can set your reply as private if you wish.
Cheers!
ElliottHi fixedopsinsight!
It’s not happening on my end. What operating system and browser are you using? Does it happen when you view in a different browser?
Try clearing your browser cache and if your using a caching plugin then be sure to clear it’s cache.
Regards,
ElliottHi!
Thanks, can you please update to the latest version of Enfold, 3.4.4?
Also, since you have that page set as your blog page you need to use the “Sidebar Blog” widget area. I went ahead and added a widget to it so you can see it works.
Cheers!
ElliottHey Mustafa!
From the zip file that you receive from themeforest, extract it, and then zip up just the enfold folder and upload that.
You can also try uploading via FTP, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/.
Regards,
ElliottHi mandrekarvaibhav!
Are you using the layout builder with your posts? If so then you need to drag the comments element to your post content to display the form. You can find it in the “Content Elements” tab in the layout builder.
Cheers!
ElliottHey!
It should look like this.
$fonts[‘Roboto’] = ‘Roboto:100,300,400,500,700,900′; $fonts[‘Roboto Slab’] = ‘Roboto Slab:100,300,400,700′; $fonts[‘Roboto Condensed’] = ‘Roboto Condensed:300,400,700′; $fonts[‘Roboto Mono’] = ‘Roboto Mono:100,300,400,500,700′;
Otherwise Roboto Slab would = Roboto Mono only.
Cheers!

What browser and operating system are you using? Is zoom set to 100%? What happens when you view in another browser?
Send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a closer look.

ElliottNovember 19, 2015 at 11:12 pm in reply to: Grid View blog – Featured images not fitting/scaling-down to grid thumbnails #539260Hey!
Try replacing line 49 in the /enfold/includes/loop-index.php file with this.
$current_post['slider'] = get_the_post_thumbnail($current_post['the_id'], 'full');
Send us a link to your page if that does not work for you.
Cheers!
ElliottHey!
Add this to a codeblock element in the page content.
<style type = "text/css"> .avia-tooltip { width: 300px !important; } </style>
