Hi Ivana!
Add this to your custom CSS.
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px){ .responsive.html_header_sidebar #top { position: relative; } }Regards,
ElliottHey!
For the logo no, but for pretty much every other image yes, thumbnails will be used.
Best regards,
ElliottHi radugidei!
Are you trying to display how many items are in your cart to the left of the icon? Something like this?
3x items in cart [cart icon]Go ahead and take a screenshot highlighting exactly what your trying to do so we can get a better idea.

Hi!
The options will automatically be reset when you import a demo but the pages, widgets, and images from the previous demo will still be there because they are considered “content”. You can leave them alone or delete them if you wish.

ElliottMarch 9, 2015 at 5:48 pm in reply to: Page Speed Load Problems with admin-ajax.php and wp-admin.php #408286Hey gentlemansgazette!
Please see here, https://kriesi.at/support/topic/server-stressed-by-admin-ajax-php/.
I’m not sure if it’s possible to disable it. It’s a WordPress script and not a theme script. If it is possible to disable it then most likely the plugin and theme AJAX features would stop working.
I would try posting this on the WordPress support forums to see what they recommend.
Best regards,
ElliottHey!
It looks fine on my end. The only problem I see is that the menu is running into your logo on screen sizes between 760 – 960 width but you can fix that with this CSS.
@media only screen and (min-width: 768px) and (max-width: 959px) { nav.main_menu { display: none !important; } #advanced_menu_toggle { display: block !important; } }Best regards,
ElliottMarch 9, 2015 at 5:33 pm in reply to: Full Stretch nav Bar Behaviour as on Replete in Enfold #408283Hey condonpb!
Try adding this to your custom CSS.
#header { left: 0px !important; max-width: 100% !important; width: 100% !important; }Best regards,
ElliottHey Tobias-B-Conrad!
I tried this code out and it’s working fine on my XAMPP setup, http://stackoverflow.com/questions/14227121/how-do-you-add-the-star-ratings-for-products-in-woocommerce.
Best regards,
ElliottHey!
@ptaljaard, What are you having problems with? Send us a link and take a screenshot highlighting what is going on and we’ll take a look.Cheers!
ElliottHi!
It looks like you have some custom CSS which is setting a minimum height to the color sections.
.post-entry { min-height: 550px; }Remove that and they will go back to their original height.
Cheers!

ElliottMarch 9, 2015 at 4:56 pm in reply to: Easyslider not displaying content on mobile devices – Enfold 3.0.8 #408247Hey!
If that’s what your wanting then yes I suppose it looks fine.
I noticed some weird behaviour with your slider caption though which is coming from this CSS.
.responsive #top .slideshow_caption h2 { font-size: 15px !important; position: fixed !important; text-align: center !important; }And your also still getting some javascript errors which appear to be coming from a plugin.
Cheers!
ElliottHi blaircomm!
If you create a new page does it display fine then? I would try creating a new page and then add your content in piece by piece to see which area is causing the issue.
Make sure WordPress is updated to the latest version which should currently be 4.1.1.
If your still having trouble then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a look.
Best regards,
ElliottHey cyplasticsurgery!
1. + 2. Can you send us a link to your page so we can check to see what layout and settings your using? You can set your reply as private if you wish.
3. Add this to your custom CSS.
.social_bookmarks a { font-size: 30px; }4. Try using 1/4 + 1/4 + 1/4 + 1/4 columns and set the icon boxes into the middle two columns and leave the outer columns empty.
Regards,
ElliottHi!
Can you go ahead and deactivate them yourself to check? There are quite a few there and it’s hard to remember which ones you want to stay activated, etc etc.
Cheers!
ElliottHey!
Send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a closer look.

ElliottMarch 9, 2015 at 4:04 pm in reply to: Making The Author Template Look Like an Individual Blog Roll #408201Hi Apollo87!
Try adding this to your custom CSS.
.author .blog-meta, .author .blog-meta * { height: 200px !important; max-height: 200px !important; max-width: 200px !important; width: 200px !important; }And you can set the sidebar layout for the archives in Dashboard > Enfold > Sidebar Settings.
If there are some other customizations your trying to do then take a screenshot and highlight your intentions so we can get a better idea.
Cheers!
ElliottHi nulrick!
You can change the main menu and sub menu links in Dashboard > Enfold > Advanced Styling.
Best regards,
ElliottHi Calcite!
Our demo passed, https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/mobile-friendly/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fkriesi.at%2Fthemes%2Fenfold%2F.
Can you send us a link to your page? The messages google is giving you are very vague but we’ll take a look.

ElliottMarch 8, 2015 at 5:28 pm in reply to: lost wordpress site – can it be reconstructed from the files and data base #407700Hey RickWaterson!
Contact your hosting provider and check to see if they have automatic backups scheduled. If so then you could restore a backup of your site.
Once that is done see here for how to move WordPress to a new domain, http://codex.wordpress.org/Moving_WordPress.
Regards,
ElliottHi kimkopec!
Which version of Enfold are you using? If it’s not the latest, 3.0.8, then be sure to update and deactivate all plugins.
If that does not help then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a closer look.
Best regards,
ElliottHi famewebdesign!
That’s most likely another lightbox plugin your using. Deactivate all of your plugins and then reactivate them one by one to see which one is causing the problem.
Regards,
ElliottHey elames!
You have the header set to transparent there it looks like.
Add this to your custom CSS.
#top .av_header_glassy.av_header_transparency #header_main { border: 0px !important; }And then edit the color section in your page and increase it’s height a bit.

ElliottMarch 8, 2015 at 5:18 pm in reply to: Question about Plugin Compatibility between Enfold and Tevolution. #407696Hi migatica!
It looks like that plugin might only be compatible with their themes. I would try contacting them to make sure. If they say you can use it with other themes then ask them if you can have a free trial to make sure it’s compatible.
Regards,
ElliottHey lock255!
Try this out, https://kriesi.at/support/topic/add-new-font/#post-234710.

ElliottMarch 8, 2015 at 5:15 pm in reply to: Title and Breadcrumbs appear on some pages, but not others #407694Hey KarlaC!
When you edit the pages look to the right hand side for the layout options. There is one called “Title bar settings” which you can use to hide or display the title and breadcrumbs.
Regards,
ElliottHi svreatt!
I don’t think there should be any padding set to them by default. Can you send us a link to your page? You can set your reply as private if you wish.
Best regards,
ElliottHi janefane!
Hmm, we could try using some CSS to force the height but that may make your images look distorted. Send us a link to your page and we’ll take a look. You can set your reply as private if you wish.
Best regards,
