i think i solved it!#avia-menu { border-style: solid; border-top: 1px solid #000!important; }seems to work
..it’s a bit longer than the last menu item (on the right) but i guess that’s as good as it gets (?)so..is it possible? can anyone help me?
i tried adding the following code to the quick css#avia-menu { border-style: solid; border-top: #000000; }but it doesn’t seem to work, i’m not sure why

in the private content there is a link for the site and also a link for a screen shoot of what i hope to achieve
as you can see its a simple horizontal line (in the same width of the menu) between the logo and the menuplease notice that right now there are 4 menu items but there might be more in the future
so i hope it’s possible to use a code that will always adapt the menu width so it will always be in the same width of the menuthank you so much!

what you are saying is that the code:.avianolink { pointer-events: none; }is effective only where I choose ‘no, don’t add link to the images at all’ , right?

I added your code but it doesn’t seem to help
mouse cursor doesn’t change to hand but the images in those gallaries are still clickable just like before

I’ve contacted wpengine support again and here’s what they said: “there aren’t any countries blocked on our end
we can white list only IP address so without IP address there isn’t much we can do but It’s weird that they only get a white page, if they were getting blocked they should see a 403 error message.”
but..on the other hand, the tool tip problem gone!
maybe the solution Ismael gave me didn’t work immediately because of I didnt flush my bowser cach?
any way..since everything is working just fine now, I think we close this topic

I’ve changed the rtl.min.css
(marked the code you mentioned as a comment with /* at the begiining and with */ at the end

saved it and uploaded it back to it’s place on the server (instead of the old one)
refreshed the site but the problem still persists – no tool tip in the image with the hotspot :(so.. can you give me your IP so WPengine support will whitelist it?

Yea, so this seems to be a blacklist issue.
You will need them to provide your their IP to give to us.

It’s on wpengine hosting so it has to be SFTPthe site is hosted on WPengine hosting server in the US, i cant see reason why they will block you..
this is very strange..if it was an IP block wouldn’t you get error message instead of just blank page?
can you post a screen shot?

it was my bad, some translation strings were missing and that’s why i didn’t see the changes i was looking for

by the way, I’ve noticed that on my mobile phone both english and hebrew pages show only english google map!
..my be it’s totaly ‘google-cookies’ related issue??
