Just a note. This does not work for me.
Thank you. Credentials in private section.
Ok,
I have a demo of the same site up….and I have removed all caching plugins, just to make sure that is not the issue. Same issue exists. Once the slide set completes and goes back to step one, the screen stays black and will not load the starter image from youtube (or from the backup image applied in the fullscreen slider)
Link is in the private section (note: This is on a Multi-site install, but the issue is exactly the same on a clean WordPress as well)
Thanks
Thank you for your help. We needed to launch the site, so we took a different route and linked the videos (not the best option). So, the videos do not play in the slider now (disappointed).
But, I plan to add this to a demo site that IS live and see if it does the same thing. Will update with link when complete.

I actually included the data you requested in the private section of my first post. Just a host file edit is needed. If you need more info, please let me know.
As I stated, I have stopped looping on the slideshow to stop the black screen after the final slide finishes and goes back to #1. If you want it back on, please let me know.
I do have caching in place now as well, but this issue presented itself before this happened. The site launches today, so I will be in a bind to have any work done on it…but, just let me know what you need to see.
Thanks
Wow, that fell off the radar fast.
For now, I am ending my slideshows after the last slide, but that is not opportune for this upcoming large clients website. We need to be able to let the slideshow loop, and if we do, the default Youtube image for their videos disappear.
Does anyone know of a fix for this?
Wrong…developer DID stop in and make a comment real quick. Plus, it is not their fault. Other themes, plugins and more are breaking with 4.0.1.
The easiest way to roll back (and barring any hard coded modifications in core files) is to go to archived files, find the 4.0 files and overwrite the main files.
Then in your wp-config file add
define(‘AUTOMATIC_UPDATER_DISABLED’, true);
to disable the auto updates
Good luck

Happy to know that it is NOT just Enfold folks. Other themes, plugins, etc. Seems WordPress has made a fundamental change that has broken so much…
Bet there will be a rollback
Same here. All sites. This is VERY frustrating. We have quite a few we have built with this engine.
Please fix quickly
