The easiest thing to do would be to talk to your hosting provider in that case to get FTP working correctly.
Otherwise if you can explain a bit more on what is happening when you try to install through the WP admin we can try that approach as well.
Hi!
The sessions are used to set the breadcrumbs but there shouldn’t be any instance where they would or should be getting picked up by a crawler. I’ll tag the topic for Peter and Kriesi who are both more familiar with the function but its the first I’ve heard of something like this in the 20k+ instances of the theme being out in the wild so its a bit odd.
Cheers!
DevinHi Tom!
I’m seeing it display correctly on my end in Chrome on Windows:
Best regards,
DevinHey andypeck!
You would add that into a regular text element on your page into the Text tab or into the regular visual editor. Basically not using any of the theme options or elements.
Regards,
DevinHey!
Looks like you figured it out. The shop grid element has its own option for the sorting options in addition to using the traditional sidebar widget sorting which can have product attribute options.
Best regards,
DevinHi egrealtor!
Unfortunately no we can not offer customized css fixes for third party plugins. You will need to hire a freelance developer for those kinds of customizations.
We recommend Microlancer, Codeable or http://kriesi.at/contact/customization
Regards,
DevinJust in the way the layout builder saves the data it doesn’t work with most membership plugins and how they define specific areas as member only content.
You can still use it on full pages or in the regular visual editor.
Hey!
Can you point to a live example or a screenshot pointing to what elements you mean specifically?

Can we take a look at your settings from the backend? If you provide admin login credentials as a private reply here on the forums we can log in and take a look and then see whats going on. I know there has been some quirks with the new setting so seeing it first hand would be the quickest and most direct way to try and fix it.
Regards,
DevinHi!
First make sure you’ve noted that the masonry shop can *not* be used as the default WooCommerce shop page: http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/shop/masonry-shop/
On the masonry element the settings should look like this for the first two options to show the category sorting:

DevinHey!
As far as I know there are some fields that are set from the WordPress language setting which the theme also just uses the default output for. For those items you would need to re-set there values manually since you aren’t using the same WordPress language setting as you are using on the front end.
You can read more about WordPress localization here: https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_in_Your_Language

DevinMarch 29, 2014 at 8:39 pm in reply to: we have deleted main menu some products and then try to add in main menu #244880Hey!
A couple of things you will need to do:
First, update the theme to the most recent version since it has updates and bug fixes that may help here
Second, once updated you will need to re-save your styling options and possibly re-set up your header with the new Header builder and options
Last thing is to deactivate all active plugins and test the menu saving with the default WordPress menus manager again.Cheers!
DevinMarch 29, 2014 at 8:36 pm in reply to: mobile menu didn't work on homepage | on other pages it works great #244879Hey!
I’m having no issues with the mobile menu showing on the home page right now. Is this in a specific browser or device?
On your other question you can target the toggle button with:
#advanced_menu_toggle, #advanced_menu_hide { background-color: #f18d00; color: #ffffff; border-color: #e1e1e1; }
And prefix it per page by using that pages ID like this:
#top.page-id-3385 #advanced_menu_toggle, #advanced_menu_hide { background-color: #f18d00; color: #ffffff; border-color: #e1e1e1; }

If you switch to any other theme does it still happen? I’m not familiar with the plugin and really have no idea what its supposed to do or why that would be output at all.
Regards,
DevinRegarding its usage: http://www.w3.org/TR/html5/obsolete.html
For example on the kriesi.at home page the “our themes” anchor link code looks like this:
<a href="#our-themes" class="avia-double-button avia-double-button-2">Learn More</a>
Hi omena777!
While far outside the scope of what we can support in general its a bad idea to do something like that as well. The additional work on the server side and differences in the two themes for different pages would make for a bad user experience.
A simple solution to make it easier to create pages for you would be to use a plugin like Visual Composer (plugin on CodeCanyon). It should integrate a bit more smoothly into an already established site and theme.
Best regards,
DevinThe link is still showing as the full url when viewing the page for me. Outside of that also try deactivating all active plugins to make sure there is no conflict with the theme. Even without the theme and regular html an anchor link shouldn’t reload the whole page.
Hi!
If set in your child themes functions.php file then they should work. I created the child theme that comes in the big download you can get from themeforest which has some of the functions commented out in it and at least at that time when testing/creating it there was no issue.
What does your child theme functions file look like? Can you add it to a pastebin and link us to it?
Best regards,
DevinHey paulsutton!
That shouldn’t be possible with the way the query works when selecting the element int he builder. Can we see the site live as well as a screenshot of the settings? If you have any plugins running also make sure to deactivate them and see if that modifies how the grid is output.

DevinMarch 29, 2014 at 7:40 am in reply to: Update WordPress 3.7.1 to 3.8 – Enfold 2.6.2 – no option to update #244697Hey bastisonntag!
Try switching to any of the default themes and see if that changes anything. Nothing in the theme touches the WordPress updating scripts so it shouldn’t have any effect on those notifications.
Regards,
DevinHi!
I don’t know what the settings difference is but you can hide the logo/nav container on the non-dev site with:
#header_main > .container { display: none; }
Best regards,
DevinHey!
No, unfortunately not. Any of the full width elements can only be displayed taking up the full width of the page.
Cheers!
DevinMarch 29, 2014 at 7:27 am in reply to: How to have Post Slider link to category instead of the actual portfolio entry #244688Hi!
1) The ajax options below the portfolio item visual editor let you choose a custom link. Aside from that there isn’t any other options built in for changing the links on an image so it would need to be customized through a child theme by editing the php file. A freelance developer should be able to make the customization in about an hour.
2) The setting for original height and width, and any image setting, doesn’t actually change the front end output. It changes the image that gets used *in* the front end output. You can try one of the other image options which should have been created if the images were uploaded after the theme was installed and running.
Cheers!
DevinHi remix1998!
You can with the assistance of a third party plugin: http://wordpress.org/plugins/display-widgets/
Best regards,
DevinHey!
Is the theme version the 2.6.2? It sounds like there might be something corrupted in the menus data for the theme specifically. Its a rough guess but to do a quick test of it you can install the Enfold child theme and see if you are able to use the menus manager with that: http://bit.ly/enfold-child from http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/
Regards,
DevinHi 500Webmaster!
There is really no way for us to know how that app/program renders page content or not so I’m not sure there is any fix that we could offer.
Regards,
DevinHi!
The way you are describing the links is how custom post types work within the theme settings.

DevinHi stefkant!
For whatever page that it is you would edit the excerpt field on that page.
Best regards,
DevinHey David!
The only issue I’ve ever had with it is that it doesn’t work with the layout builder. Other than that it should activate and work fine with the theme.
Best regards,
