Hey adrianwackernah!
Unfortunately we aren’t able to offer support for third party plugins and their usage/issues. You’ll have a better route checking in with WooCommerce support.
Best regards,
DevinHi Harmen_Schrale!
Try adding the following CSS to your Quick CSS (located under the Styling Tab in the theme options) or the custom.css file in the css folder of your theme files:
.product-sorting { display: none !important; }
For the second part you will need to ask that to the WooCommerce support forums as I’m not sure about that one.
Regards,
DevinHey!
The portfolio items can be created using the ALB. The part on the left is a gallery with the large image option. If you have not already take a look at this video which will walk you through setting something like that up on a normal page: https://vimeo.com/64927358
For images, they will need to be as large as possible in general but specifically 700×700 is a good size for portfolio items if you are using that layout.
To change the color of individual body text you would either need to use specific css for that section or more easily edit the color within a text block element using the WordPress visual editor options.
You can remove the page title and breadcrum from the Layout meta box on the right hand side of the page editor view (when you are editing the page).

Hi ndreuk!
That is the Fullscreen slideshow element you can drag and drop into a page using the Avia Layout Builder. LayerSlider doesn’t have a fullscreen option as far as I know.
Regards,
DevinHey Chris!
Can we see the site and page with the widget live so we can inspect the css?
Regards,
DevinHi!
The images you have are a bit too small for 3 columns. The only way to keep them from being pixelated is to use larger images.
Additionally you’ll want to update the theme files since yours are a good bit out of date. For a quick guide on updating your theme take a look at this video on updating the Enfold theme via FTP: https://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/67209750
That will let you use the new header configuration options to increase the size of your header.

DevinHey!
I’ve used http://wordpress.org/plugins/display-widgets/ quite a bit which you might want to try too. Worth a shot at least :)

DevinJune 11, 2014 at 9:34 pm in reply to: Two questions: Ajax popups anywhere? And anchor tags in menu? #277716Hi bgerber!
1) No, its portfolio only. Nothing in the works for more ajax elements as far as I know.
2) Yes, your urls will be standard anchor links like so:
http://yoursite.com/somepage#someanchor
like this: http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/homepage/home-v7-one-page-portfolio/#about-us

DevinHey erkuto!
Try re-generating your thumbnails with this plugin: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

DevinHi afarahani!
Our queue system goes by oldest posts to newest. So each time you self bump/ask what the status is it actually pushes your topic to the end of our queue.
For individual customization, you can look into a freelance developer if you don’t want to wait and see if we can assist as generally support does *not* cover customization of theme elements.
Only 1 out of your current 4 posts doesn’t have a response right now (not including this one).
Best regards,
DevinHi peluso91!
I’m not sure how the video could be of no help to you. Its a step by step walk through of updating over ftp :)
If you’ve crashed WordPress however you’ll probably need to delete the enfold folder from your themes folder so that WordPress can recover. Then you can update either by re-uloading from within WordPress or over FTP.
Once installed you can also have the theme update from within WordPress by adding in your username and api key: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

DevinJune 11, 2014 at 6:56 pm in reply to: Avia layout builder shows white html against a white background #277666Hey!
The most recent version of the theme is actually 2.8.1. You are on 2.5.2. So you’ll need to update to get things up to compatibility with the most recent version of WordPress.
For a quick guide on updating your theme take a look at this video on updating the Enfold theme via FTP: https://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/67209750
For updating within WordPress see: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

DevinHi mindfulwe!
The login data doesn’t seem to work. Are you working on yoursite.com/wp-admin or is it possible a sub folder like yoursite.com/wordpress/ ?

Hey Autaak!
The CSS, Javascript and images fall under the ThemeForest/Envato license: http://themeforest.net/licenses/regular
I don’t know the specifics on the image usage so the best source to ask would actually be ThemeForest support in this case to be safe.
Cheers!
DevinHi!
If you still have issues you can also try not using the themes form/include and using one of the many third party plugins available to add in the tracking snippet as well. They all work in pretty much the same way but maybe there is a conflict that we can easily work around by using another option.

DevinHey rpletcher!
You should create your custom post types own custom page template and/or archive template with specific support for its own widget area.
Quite a bit beyond what we can assist with through support but the WordPress codex has really good documentation for CPTs as well as links to even more docs and tutorials.
Regards,
DevinHey!
If you are only trying to add in html make sure you are adding it into a *code* element and *not* a text element so that the code isn’t getting run as well.
Regards,
DevinHi papernapkinmarketing!
While its possible to disable the right click menu from working via javscript it doesn’t really prevent anything and generally just causes frustration. Images, once online, will be downloadable by users since they need to be sent to the user so that they can even view them.
Other methods for protecting your images like watermarks or not putting full-size/full-res images are better practice.
If however its a must-have there are a number of free plugins that will add the code into your site for you. Search through the plugin repository for the disable-right-click keywords and you can take your pick.
Regards,
DevinHi!
Did you enable the layout builder on your posts? If so you’ll need to disable that to get back to default working commenting on posts as far as I know.
Otherwise, if we can log in and take a look that might help. You can respond with admin credentials as a private response here on the forums and then we’ll be able to see from there.
Cheers!

Have you made *any* changes to the theme files at all?
I just ran a few tests on my live dev install and even with forcing my connection to dial up speeds the images load in after the content height has been established. It really shouldn’t be possible for the content to overlap like it is on your site.
Hey!
I’m not quite sure what the correct template you’ll need to copy over and customize from bbPress but the documentation/support crew over at the bbPress site should be able to point you in the right direction: http://bbpress.org/forums/

DevinHi Ed!
Which theme is this for? If you mean on youtube video embeds they changed how embed work and if the button to go full screen is available or not.

Hi!
Create the shortcode in a regular page, then on the live side you can copy out the raw html and put it into your html layout. Otherwise you could use the WordPress do_shortcode function.
Cheers!
DevinHi!
Just as Jamie said above you’ll go to wp-login and login there.
A great resource for learning about using WordPress is http://www.wpbeginner.com/ . The sign up is free and gives you access to all their videos to guide you through lots of the common questions and how-tos with WordPress.
For Enfold specific things we have videos here: https://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes
And the regular docs here: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/
