Thank you.
This 100% worked. Thank you. Not sure why it changed but it is now fixed. Thank you.
I’m going to take this to my server admin to investigate more. On this site, https://rmsdev21.wpengine.com/, can you please tell me:
1. Where my theme files should be served from?
2 An example of where they are serving from the wrong place. Thanks,
Ok, it would seem that the CDN is not the issue. Here is what I have done to try to isolate the issue.
1. I copied the current site to a dev instance: https://rmsdev21.wpengine.com/ You can see the dropdowns are now working but not in the right place when they open.
2. I restored production a previous backup to a point where the dropdowns were working. You can now see this on: https://radiancemedspaatlanta.com/
3. I also turned the CDN back on for production and as you can see it’s still working.
So the difference between the two installs is this: dev is running your theme version 4.8.3, and prod is running version 4.8.1 with jquery active. It would seem to me that there is an issue with the theme.
Can you please advise?

Plugin disabled and no change. Feel free to test / turn off on your own as well. I turned it back on for the time being.
Cache cleared and also turned off minification. No change.

Ok, I understand the situation now. Thanks for the clarity and help. My site is working as it should now. :)
Now I see. Thanks!
And now the next step is to see what comes up in the “logged deprecations” tab, correct?
From your other replies, it seems like you’ve spoken to their support team and this is a known issue? I’m wondering if rolling back a theme update is a possible solution in the meantime.
Thanks so much for the help.

So I installed Jquery Migrate Helper plugin. But I do not see “go to tools and enable legacy support.” Can you let me know where exactly I should find that?
Thanks!
@thinkjarvis – did you just update your theme? I’m pretty sure I did not and I’m running the latest. Glad to know it’s not just me.
Rikard,
Perfect. Thank you.
Hey – any reply to my question above? Thanks.
It’s possible. I’ll be honest, I jus took over managing the site from a previous company who are he ones who set up the site, so this is literally the first time I’m posting a blog on this site.
re: switching from the advanced editor to the Classic, do I need to do this on a post by post basis?
Thanks, Victoria.
What’s strange is that I know my titles were displaying on all my posts. If I need to make the change you said on every post, that’s 100+ posts. Is there a way to make the change on the blog page template level?
I did recently setup the child theme as it wasn’t implemented. Could this be related to that?
Thank you,
Yigit,
Thank you. I think I mistakenly made that change when I was messing around. Thanks so much! We can close this ticket.
Thanks, Yigit!
Thanks, Rikard.
Last thing – can you explain when I should use quick CSS and when I should be putting my changes in the CSS file for the child theme? I’m a little confused about that.
Thanks,
Hey Victoria,
I tried what you said and I’m still not seeing results. I tried pasting in Quick CSS and the CSS file in the child theme. I can get the text to be italic, but for some reason I can’t adjust the size. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Thanks, Victoria.
I’m new to this theme. Is there a rhyme / reason to use quickCSS vs adding to the theme?
Nikko,
It’s working now on this end. I feel like I’m taking crazy pills. :)
Thanks for all the help. This ticket can be closed.

Ok, so I did that but it looks like my site styles and main menu are now now working.
This is what I see now: https://radiancetest.wpengine.com/
