Hi,
That solved the problem. Please close this item.
The same way there is a Main Menu sublevel Links setting in Advanced Styling, can you please add an Advanced Styling for Menu sublevel Links in overlay/slide out?
Thank you!October 8, 2025 at 3:44 am in reply to: Mobile Menu Styling Not Working on Child Theme on Staging Site #1489941Hi Mike,
Thank you for working on this and changing the font weight to bold in Menu Links in overlay/slide out option in the Advanced Styling.
I am trying to have the Menu Links in overlay/slide in bold, but the sublevel Links not in bold. This seems to already work on the Desktop.I removed your code from WordPress >Customize>Additional CSS for now.
To avoid long menu issues on small screens, I simply set the burger menu for small screens:
I set Menu Items for Mobile to Activate for Smartphones and Tablets (browser width below 990px) in Main Menu settings Is that correct and avoid the need for your code? Can you please fix this using Enfold Style settings to avoid more code?
Can you please test your solution on desktop, tablet and mobile?

Thank you!Thank you for testing on smaller screens and tablets. The issue appears on the standard resolution of 768px for the iPad 6th generation and earlier. I now understand the limitation of centering Custom HTML in the Custom Widget on the Right Sidebar with certain font sizes on smaller screens. Thank you.
On the Right Sidebar the ARTICLES CATEGORIES, SLIDES CATEGORIES and VIDEOS CATEGORIES all have S in the word CATEGORIES still cutoff on smaller screens and tablets, including on the standard resolution of 768px for the iPad 6th generation and earlier. I am not using the Custom HTML Widget. I am simply using the Categories Widget.
Please see.

Can you please check all screen sizes and please help me fix this?
Thank you. Please see this screenshot showing the issues.
https://postimg.cc/8sbtZx7HIf you are testing on a desktop, please slowly shrink the column size. You will see the issue revealed as you approach mobile view (where the sidebar is no longer displayed). Also, please test on a tablet.
Can you please check all screen sizes and please help me fix this?
Thank you.-

Moving in the right direction – Thank you.
Now, in the Right Sidebar the Sign Up for Our Newsletter for the Custom HTML Custom Widget is no longer cutoff, but now the text is not centered inside the box (it is pushed to the right) on smaller screens and tablets.

Thank you.You were right about the Columns on the Home page – Thank you.
Regarding the Widgets on the Right Sidebar
I tried that code, but it did not seem to fix the issues.
In this image you can see in the Right Sidebar the Sign Up for Our Newsletter for the Custom HTML Custom Widget and the ARTICLE CATEGORIES words are for the Categories Widget is being cutoff on smaller screens and tablets.

Thank you!September 17, 2025 at 1:26 pm in reply to: Advanced Styling Not Saving on Child Theme on Staging Site #1489312Thank you for testing the Child Theme on the Staging Site.
I described above that I was clicking the red X on the right hand corner of the Element in Advanced Styling to hide history of changes.
Is it true that clicking the red X deletes the changes made for that Element? If I do not click the red box and save change, then set Button Radius to 20px and All Headings (H1-H6) Text Transform to None, why does my Home page look good on desktop, but loses those settings on smaller screens and mobile? Please see the headings and buttons in Insurance Litigation, Real Property Litigation and the other boxes on desktop, smaller screens and mobile.
Can you please check and please help me fix it?
Thank you.-

September 16, 2025 at 1:50 pm in reply to: Advanced Styling Not Saving on Child Theme on Staging Site #1489279It looks like you tested the Live site instead of the Staging site.
The issue is Advanced Styling Advanced Styling Not Saving on the Child Theme on the Staging Site.
For example: I go to Edit Element Buttons Border Radius to 20px on Advanced Styling on the Child Theme on the Staging Site [Staging Site url in Private Data] and click Save all changes. I receive the notice All options saved.
Then, I go to Performance on the Child Theme on the Staging Site and Disable setting and Disable CSS and Javascript Compression and Merging and turn On the Delete Old CSS And JS Files. This leaves the toggle to the right. I clear the hosting cache on the Staging Site and clear the browser cache.
Then, I go to Performance on the Child Theme on the Staging Site and Merge setting and Merge CSS and Javascript Compression and Merging and turn Off the Delete Old CSS And JS Files. This leaves the toggle to the left. I clear the hosting cache on the Staging Site and clear the browser cache.
When I go to the Home page of the Child Theme on the Staging Site that has many buttons, none of the buttons have Radius 20px.
Then, I go back to Edit Element Advanced Styling Advanced Styling on the Child Theme on the Staging Site and click the red X on the right hand corner on the history of old changes to avoid any confusion.
Then, I go to Edit Element Buttons Border Radius on Advanced Styling Advanced Styling on the Child Theme on the Staging Site and it still says Default instead of 20px.
Can you please help me fix this on the Staging Site?

Thank you!
Hi Rikard,
Strange that the Enfold 7.1 update changed the search icon from white to grey. Your fix worked. Can you please close the thread? Thank you!
Hi Rikard,
Did you have a chance to read my message above. Can you please help me to get my search icon back to the way it was before upgrading to Enfold 7.1, with a white search icon with grey text in the search box? I want to correct this issue without custom css. Thank you.
Hi Rikard,
When I changed the Logo Area Secondary Font Color to white #ffffff, the search icon becomes white, the way it was before the update.
But, when I type in the search box I cannot see the text because it is white, versus before when the icon was white and the text was in the search box was grey #808080.
I want to correct this issue without custom css. Thank you.May 9, 2022 at 4:16 pm in reply to: Missing Background Image, Search Icon and Burger Menu on Mobile #1351060Hi Rikard,

July 18, 2020 at 2:30 am in reply to: Removing old_slug and old_date from WordPress Database #1231400Hi Ismael,
Thank you for your detailed response.
I was simply going to search the wp_postmeta table and remove any instances of wp_old_slug and any instances of WP_old_date.
Is your recommendation to add your code to the function.php file?
I read the remarks in your code. Can you please explain what it is really doing?

The FTP details were in the private data on the top of this post.
Rikard’s suggestion to add the Envato token to the child theme (see above) has removed the error in the child theme.
Thank you both! Please close this thread.
November 26, 2019 at 5:01 pm in reply to: enfold/framework/php/auto-updates/class-pixelentity-theme-update.php on line 93 #1160403Hi Rikard,
Now that you have confirmed that the “child theme will never be overwritten on updates”, I inserted the Envato private token and clicked “Check the private token”. And received the following message:
We checked the token on 2019/11/26 14:37 and we were able to connect to Envato and could access the following information…Line 93 of wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/auto-updates/class-pixelentity-theme-update.php is:
if ( ! in_array( $current->item_id, $purchased_ids ) )
I am assuming it was checking for the token in the child theme.Everything was working prior to adding the token. I just like everything working without errors or notices (like the fact that the LayerSlider in the Enfold theme needs to be updated again). You never know if an error or notice is causing a problem you just have not noticed yet. It’s always better to get ahead of these things. Hopefully, the error will go away after I confirmed the token in the child theme.
Thank you.

Since it appears sometimes, I took a screenshot and placed it in private content below.
Were you able to see the screenshot? The reason I put the API key in the parent only and not the child is to avoid the child from being overwritten with theme updates.
Thank you.November 22, 2019 at 4:49 pm in reply to: enfold/framework/php/auto-updates/class-pixelentity-theme-update.php on line 93 #1159214Hi Rikard,
Please see the private content for a screenshot of the error.
I added the token to the parent theme, not the child theme, in 2018. I update the parent theme, not the child theme, each time there is an update. Can you please help?
Thank you.November 21, 2019 at 1:23 pm in reply to: enfold/framework/php/auto-updates/class-pixelentity-theme-update.php on line 93 #1158812Hi Rikard,
Yes, it has a url. Please see private content.
Thank you for the link on how to hide it, but I am interested in how to fix it.
The error in the backend of my admin: is related to Enfold:
Notice: Trying to get property ‘item_id’ of non-object in /var/www/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/auto-updates/class-pixelentity-theme-update.php on line 93Thank you.
