iubenda was the culprit. It was blocking a required script for the layouts.

Theme editor is enabled. I did not realize it had been turned off in patchstack.com for the site.May 15, 2023 at 3:45 pm in reply to: Sidebar displaying below blog content and testimonials formatting off #1407447I updated the enfold child with what is available in documentaiton (2018 version). The one I had up was previously dated 2013 I think. That fixed the /* impact verification below*/ issue, which I had been getting when I was logged in. Thank you for that, as it was annoying.
I cleared cache in cloudflare and am still getting the two formatting issues.
I do have the following in the Quick CSS
.footer_font_icon a { margin-right: 10px;/*space to the right of the blue*/ outline padding-right: 10px;/*between the red and blue outlines*/ } .minor-meta {display:none !important;} .entry-footer {display:none !important;} .tweet-left { float: left; margin: 0 20px 5px 0; width:324px } .attachment main a img { min-height: 350px; min-width: 500px; height: 100%; width: 100%; } .nf-field-container, #ninja_forms_required_items, .nf-input-limit { margin-bottom: 0px !important; margin-top: 0 !important; } #nf-field-4{ padding-left: 15px; padding-right: 15px; font-family: "Georgia"; font-size: 34px; }
Can you check now and see if you’re seeing the errors, as I am? Agree that it might be something on my site but I can’t find it.
I’m having the same problem on two different sites on different hosting accounts. “An error occurred while updating Enfold: Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.”
May 20, 2018 at 11:45 pm in reply to: Logo not displaying right on attachment pages and removing blur on images #959541Rikard, I think we are getting closer. Thank you for your continued help.
The code you provide does fix the logo on the media attachment pages, and it makes sure that the main image for the page displays. However, there is still a blurred over some of the images. Some of the images are clear but others are blurred. I’ve checked this in an incognito window and am still having the problem.
I’ve included two of the pages with blurred images in the private section below for reference. I’ve also include login information in the private section of the first post if that helps.
May 17, 2018 at 7:49 pm in reply to: Logo not displaying right on attachment pages and removing blur on images #958321Removing that code does work but causes another problem. The code was added based on Kriesi support from topic https://kriesi.at/support/topic/images-not-displaying-on-all-attachment-pages/ where attachment images were not displaying on many (maybe safe to say most) attachment pages. That was the code that Victoria suggested that I add.
Is there a way to have all of 1) pictures showing on all attachment pages at all (problem with support topic linked above) 2) pictures on attachment pictures not be blurred until clicked on 3) logo display properly on the attachment media pages 4) pictures on media attachment pages showing larger than a thumbnail (see the small media attachment on one of the few pages that they display in private area)?
You can close the ticket. Thank you.
Hi Victoria, thank you for that. There was an add categories to pages plugin that had been added at some point. I had deactivated it but the data was still in the db. I’ve removed them and that fixed the problem.
Rikard, the issue is that the Blog Posts element is pulling in 1) Blog posts and 2) Pages. Per Basilis’s comment, we didn’t even think it was possible for the blog posts element to pull in PAGES. Why is it pulling in pages? Is that normal? How do I exclude pages as they do not have blog categories?
Done. The account is now an admin.
Nope. We have keep all of our plugins up to date and the theme updates, so those may have changed recently.
I didn’t think this was possible either. To test the module, I created a test page with the Enfold Blogs Module (link in private content section). It only seems to pull in pages for the grid layout, not the others.
February 3, 2018 at 7:39 pm in reply to: Featured image and title not displaying on individual blog posts #907271That makes total sense. Thank you for the quick reply and clarifying. I missed that during setup.
I’m good to go now. :)That worked. A few of the pictures look blurry until they’re clicked on, but I’m assuming that’s a wordpress/chrome scaling issue. Thanks for the quick reply to get display them.
Nikko, that does help. I installed the Varnish HTTP Purge plugin and the color change takes place after emptying cache.
Here is a dropbox link to a screen cap of the home page https://www.dropbox.com/s/owz6d2uaj40h5jf/homepage_color_scheme.png?dl=0 You can see that it is still showing the default primarily Green color scheme. What’s weird is that the color scheme seems okay when I check from my iphone. I’ve checked on two laptops, in incognito and had someone else check and we all see the colors in the screen capture, so I’m not sure why they’re showing differently on my iphone.
That would be helpful. Sorry about that. Please see the private content section.
