Thanks for the support, You actually gave us the hint to solve the issue when you mention the minification. So we disable Cloudflare minification and rocket loader. After this it start working as expected.

We are facing this issue on iPhone and on android.
The links with fragment identifiers are not going to the right page position within mobile devices, on pcs works fine.

Please see the pictures of what i see wen the link mentioned is open on a mobile phone (1.jpg) and what i was expecting to be (2.jpg).

I am facing the same issue…
WP 4.9.2, Enfold 4.2.2
Furthermore it works fine on safari, on chrome and firefox it keeps spinning.
If you found the issue can you share the fix?

I dont know if it helps that much, but on my case it only happens when opening pages that are not meant to edit content.
Only wp-admin/post.php work fine.
wp-admin/edit.php or index.php or all other php get this error.
other strange thing i dont see any request to these resources on the request list not even failed requests.
