Ok let me try put it really simply.
Go to this page. see the menu style that’s applied? I want to have that menu style but ONLY on tablets and mobile devices.
Currently it’s applied to ALL devices.
Does that make more sense?
Hi Sarah,
Perhaps there’s some confusion. Within Enfold there are two types of hamburger menu mobile styles.
The first one is the default mobile menu which is enabled for tablets / mobiles.
The other is enabled by selecting Display of menu items: Display as Icon from the enfold options. You can see it featured on this page. I wish to use this style of menu but only on tablets / mobile devices.
Could you advise how to do that? Thanks in advance :-)

Hi Victoria,
Basically I only want to activate this menu style on tablets and mobile:
Currently in the options you can only enable it across all devices.
Kind Regards,
Hi John,
When you activate the option “Display of menu items: Display as Icon” it removes the menu items and replaces them with a nice burger menu icon and search icon.
Is it possible to use this replacement menu style instead of the mobile menu that appears by default on tablet and mobile devices?

June 19, 2016 at 3:09 pm in reply to: Different transparent headers for different pages possible? #650425Hi Rikard,
Attached link to current layout. Which is a one page site. I want to split each color section out into it’s own seperate page.
As you can see the very top of the page works well as it’s a dark background image with light menu text. But some of the color sections have bright images so the white menu text won’t work. It would need to be dark.
Is it possible to have two different headers, one with light text and one with dark?
Cheers!

Thanks Kahil, that sorted the issue for me!
Perfect, that’s exactly what I was looking for Ismael. Incredible support as always! Thank you!
Bump…
Added new site URL
Hi Basilis, I completely understand why it currently operates like that and for most scenarios it’s perfectly fine.
I just wanted to know if it was possible purely for aesthetics. The layout I have will look nicer if I can have the top menu positioned within the target color section I have anchored to.
See attached screenshots for a better visual representation of what I mean. Hope it makes sense now.
Again many thanks in advance :-)

Hi Andy,
Perhaps the attached screenshot helps explain it better.
I want it to scroll further down than it currently does when it anchors to a color section.
The exact amount I want it to scroll extra is the height of the header so that the previous section is not visible.Get what I mean?

Sorry my bad Yigit, browser was caching the old! Thanks that’s perfect, you’re a star as always!

Hey Yigit, that seems to work great in terms of anchoring to the element.
But the only issue I can see is the active link is the previous section. (If you click “Experience”, “Innovation” is marked as the active link.)
Thanks in advance!
Hi Yigit,
I want to link the “Experience” menu item to the fullscreen slider which is the second last section on the page. (#fullscreen_slider_0)
Added login details.
Thanks in advance!
Done ;-)
Thanks Ismael, that worked a treat. Much appreciated! :-)
I have one other thread open if you guys would get a chance to have a look into it! (Attached link)
You should really have an option on here to buy you guys a beer / coffee. Maybe that’s one for the feature requests haha ;-)
Thanks in advance!
Indeed I did, i’m fully familiar with all dev tools. In my case it’s #fullscreen_slider_0

Hmm, I did try add the slider id to the menu link but doesn’t work at all.
All my active menu items work fine apart from the one I want to link to the full screen slider which is the second last section on the page.
(Sorry can’t share a public link bluecafe as it’s a private client site.)Thanks for the reply Ismael!
That’s nearly right, but for some reason when you hover a link then move off of it, it flashes white?
Also is it possible to make the line that appears under the links while hovering thicker? Say 3px thickness.
Thanks in advance :-)
Perfect, thanks Yigit!
Thanks! :-)
Hi Josue! Ok no problem, is it something that’s planned in the future?
Also, i’m aware of this option:

But is there a way to solve this without doing that?
Thanks!
April 28, 2014 at 8:59 pm in reply to: Image cropping / scaling on thumbnails / featured images #257309Thanks Peter, is there a way to not have the images cropped? The main issue is that for some images the key part of the image could be in the middle, top or bottom of the image. So would be nice to show a scaled version as opposed to cropping.
Is that possible?
Also, can those lines above be added to the child theme functions.php rather than the core WordPress functions file?
Thanks in advance.
April 26, 2014 at 11:58 am in reply to: Image cropping / scaling on thumbnails / featured images #256544Hi David, not sure this applies to my question? It’s not the size of the image i’m looking to change. It’s how the image is scaled / cropped. If you check the examples i posted above you’ll see what I mean.
Thanks
