Just to add a bit to this conversation…
I have litespeed cache installed and cloudflare on my sites. I also had this issue. Clearing both caches fixed my problem as well. I highly recommend that anyone still encountering this problem look at their caching solution on their server. Once they are flushed, you should not have this issue again (unless custom code is creating it).
Sorry, I don’t understand what you mean by the edit options in the gallery. The rows of images are each individually laid out in columns. This is a live site for our client and we wouldn’t want to give access without her permission nor would we want to have plugins deactivate that could affect her site. Is there any more advice you can offer without logging in?
I can verify that the same issue is happening on your demo theme so this is definitely an issue with the theme itself:

Thanks,
DanAwesome. This worked great. Thank you!
I can’t seem to figure out how to adapt that code for the icon in the sidebar. Any suggestions?
Rikard – Switching it back to the default editor erases the content so that doesn’t work for us. Is there a way to override this feature and keep the post head content? My client would want it to operate that way anyhow.
Basilis – Thanks for the response. We appreciate that. Is there a work-around for that icon in the meantime? As trivial as it may seem, our client really wants this icon change as Instagram is important for her business.
